It was the first time I arrived in this somewhat mysterious country and stayed at Ctrip’s number one luxury hotel. It feels good to enter the country (no need to fill out a form), check-in (sincere smile at the front desk), and check-out (leave the hotel early, no cancellation is allowed but cancellation is accepted). The hotel is small in size, the room facilities are relatively advanced, but very clean, and the 24-hour gym can be accessed by swiping a card. The breakfast is commendable compared to the size of the hotel. The waiters were enthusiastic but their English was mediocre. Seeing Hikvision opposite the hotel is still friendly. I went for a run around the hotel at 05:40 local time in the morning. I was completely relaxed and didn't have to worry about any security issues.

The facilities are excellent, the Hotel is very well located. They need to improve on the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

It is good hotel but for a 5-star hotel is not , don't feel in a 5-star hotel the service is not so good , to pay a high price compared to others do not offer you no free WiFi with that price , In general the facilities are well but it is more than 3-4 stars.

Awesome view of the city and the mountain, well located although at night the area is a bit lonely, would still recommend it was cleaned and had a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The room booked in a hurry is cheap and good, much better than the old El Arroyo, not far from the city center, convenient transportation, diagonally opposite is a music department, there are actually Chinese companies around, it is originally a rich area in Caracas, public security is much better than the slums. There is a pick-up and drop-off service, the rooms are large, clean and tidy, the windows are large and well lit, close to the Avila Mountain, the air is particularly fresh. The club provides various assistance, including car translation and exchange visa assistance, etc., there are frequent customers preferential plans, if you have the opportunity to get large orders and long-term projects, it is quite suitable to live here, do not worry about taking care of, the cost is close to the people and there is no burden.

The facilities were old but satisfied with luxurious and good service. Wifi needs to be improved

Good location of the hotel. Clean. Good service, easy check in. Had dinners there as well, reasonably priced. Few problems with air con, otherwise no problems
