GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control.
I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious.
Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.

PPrazieIts location is not near major tourist attractions but it’s within a community snd a school, so I felt safe walking even at night. Near Marmaray station and a bus terminal. Very convenience if you still go to touristy spots.
I got upgraded to a suite and it was a wonderful experience.
The room is clean and well-maintained.
Staff are really helpful, attentive and friendly.
I asked for help for a balcony door and without minutes, there they are assisting me.
The breakfast options of local and international food are a treat. I always get full in the morning.
The lobby space for hanging out is spacious and there’s a huge garden outside for fresh air or for smoking.
I had a great stay and I’m thinking of coming back.
PS there’s an outlet store 5mins walk away. Nike, Adidas, Puma, Levi’s, New Balance. Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger. Huge sale, others at Buy 1 Take 1.

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .

BBV SergeiA nice small hotel with all amenities, and timely cleaning. The cafe offers a stunning view of the sea and the strait. Cormorants and crows are always a delight to see, waiting for guests to arrive for breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the metro, ferry crossings, and Bosphorus tours. Airport transfer can also be arranged. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

GGuest UserThe biggest complaint is that as soon as you enter the hotel, there are two platforms with three sets of stairs. Carrying luggage felt like climbing a mountain. Out of four people with four pieces of luggage, the bellboy only bothered to pick up the lightest one. How perfunctory. The room was a bit small and the facilities were old, but the hygiene was acceptable. The surrounding area of the hotel is generally not great. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're coming to Istanbul. My extended stay wasn't synced with the platform, so I couldn't successfully extend it. I ended up turning right out of the hotel and staying at a place that I think was called ZAL hotel, which was much newer.

GGuest UserThe attention from the receptionist and waiters was very good; they were very approachable and friendly. However, the facilities left a lot to be desired, especially in the room we were assigned. The bathroom was terrible.
The pipes smelled really bad at night, so much so that I could barely sleep due to the odor. Even with the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door shut, it still smelled of sewage, so we had to switch to another hotel. Going in there to do my makeup or simply use the toilet was disgusting. On top of that, the bathroom ceiling was crumbling.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center next to the mosques, but these kinds of issues are simply unacceptable. I believe that room should not be rented out in such conditions; they urgently need to fix the problem in the bathroom. The bedsheets were also full of pills and very rough, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
On the other hand, there's a charming rooftop where breakfast is served, but overall, the breakfast is very poor and not good.

LLibukaidechenghuaThe rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

MMathandis2000The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in.
What I did not like about the hotel :
- Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner .
- There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA
- None of the staff spoke English , even basic English
- The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats .
- Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences
I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there
