We stayed 4 nights as 4 rooms on May s-2024. The location, the true and respectful approaches of employees, cleaning, bonuses, tasty and feeding breakfast and our hearts are not enough to tell this hotel. ”I feel like a guest, not at the hotel. I have to do something, please come to our guests in İzmir,” a friend who translates our feelings unsuffering from his sincereness said. ”I am not in the hotel, I am in the hospitality. I also need to do something. Please be our guest in İzmir.” You are a group of people with a lot of hotel experience. I have neither felt nor heard so until today. Be calm and even greet us. When I can come to the entrance or nearby towns, I will stay here without hesitation and recommend to all my relatives. Thank you very much, it was an unforgettable experience 😊🙏🙏

Despite the difficulty in finding my booking, I was checked in. The room was clean and compact. As indicated, I had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is quite excellent real Turkish. I had a full meal and tea. When we couldn't find the booking, the customer service worked well, helped with all questions!

The La Quinta is a great choice for a short stay in Giresun. It is right on the Black Sea and depending on your room, you have a great view from your window. The room is quite compact, but clean and well kept. Some of the staff can converse in English, and most are friendly and helpful in general. The breakfast area is open and has a nice view, and the food was standard Turkish breakfast. There is a really nice pool outside so in the summer it could be great to swim right next to the Black Sea.

We chose this hotel as it advertised as a 4 star non smoking, with pool. Sadly none of this was true. We paid extra for a suite, we found it poorly maintained, holes in the walls, cigarette burns on furniture, heat pump not working, many lights not working, floor heating on in bathroom despite summer temp 30 deg, pool closed!!! It was summer very hot, we were directed to a beach across the road. I am still traumatised by the filth, rubbish and polution we found there! I cannot believe the Ramada takes no interest or self respect for its surrounding environment and recommends this beach which is absolutely dangerous to your health, no care or respect at all ver poor. The staff and breakfast was excellent. There is something wrong with upper management, very sad to see the beach and environment as it is. Take responsibility urgently
