The room had a great view, and there was a sauna in the bathroom, which was a huge plus. The location was excellent, right next to Slussen subway station and several museums. Various boutique shops and cafes were all within walking distance, adding to its appeal. In typical Nordic fashion, no toiletries were provided, which is understandable. However, there wasn't even a rinsing cup at the bathroom sink, which felt very un-Hilton. The room curtains kept sliding down, so I had to prop them up with a table lamp, and even then, light still leaked in in the mornings. Both the sink and shower drains were incredibly slow, requiring me to pause midway through washing. Additionally, the toilet flush was very difficult to press. The executive lounge closed at 8 PM, and happy hour was from 5-7 PM.

This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels. Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station. Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops. A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned. The photo shows Ulriksdal.

Great hotel, nice breakfast, good location, next to the shopping mall, restaurants, and train atation. Only dew minutes away from city center. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, helpful and polite. Room hotel was comfortable, makes you wanna stay all day long at the hotel :)

Excellent location next door to the Airport Express train and bus stations. There's a well-stocked supermarket at the station with a good variety of locally produced items like chocs and jerky to buy home as gifts. It takes just a couple of minutes walk down the road to reach a Hop On - Hop Off bus pickup/drop-off point. In the evenings, there's complimentary water, tea, apples and toffees/mints at the spacious lobby. Very helpful frontline staff who provided clear directions and restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay! Bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast was a bit hectic because of the crowd. But Food was plenty with lots of varieties. Great location, walking distance to town center.

Feels like a budget hotel. In the room, 2 pillows are provided, one normal sized and another is just a tiny square pillow. In the toilet, the toilet bowl feels cheap and does not have soft closing and clangs loudly when closed. The shower area is also super cramped, I can barely wipe myself dry within that tiny square. The shower door cannot be left half opened when I need just a little more space, it will just slam into you at full speed. The worst thing is the poor sound isolation. I can hear people walking outside and a couple in another room **************. The only good thing is the location, it is about 5-10 minutes walk from Arlanda Express platform.

The room was clean and tidy, and the room I lived in had a balcony. The balcony was fully equipped and suitable for chatting with friends on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. Very close to the shopping area, you can walk to the only small Ole in Nanteriya in a few minutes. Nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are also about ten minutes away. The train station is within three minutes, and the hotel is not affected by the train station.

The flight to Stockholm was delayed by 3 hours, and we arrived at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel at midnight. The front desk staff made a mistake with our room assignment, and we had to move our luggage back and forth to the front desk twice before finally getting into our room! Although the front desk staff had already apologized, the hairdryer in the room was out of order, and the white mug had coffee stains! We called the room service desk to request replacements, and the housekeeping staff quickly replaced the items and also brought us fruits, boxed tissues, toilet paper, and hotel slippers! The service was fairly okay. Anyway, the room was tidy, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful! The staff were friendly and polite. However, after we checked out, when we used the restroom in the ground floor lobby, for some unknown reason, there was no water supply, which was inconvenient and unhygienic!

This hotel left a lasting impression on me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, responsive, and addressed all my needs. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and close proximity to numerous attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it!

The front desk service is good. The facilities and beds are all very clean. The room is large and the double bed is quite wide. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. There is a bus stop downstairs, but the subway station is only a few minutes walk away.
