This hostel's location was perfect for my travel style. Everything I needed was within a convenient two-kilometer walk. Although it's situated on a corner along a main road and not immediately obvious, it was still easy to find. The Annunciation Cathedral and Victory Square are not far, and a large local mall is also within two kilometers. There's a big market right next door, and the riverside is just three blocks away. The room itself was clean. The bed was a bit smaller compared to what you'd find in mainland China, and the provided amenities covered the basic necessities; anything else could be purchased. There are German standard outlets, so you'll need an adapter, but I appreciated the thoughtful addition of both a round charging port and a USB charging port by the bed, even if they were a little slow. The front desk staff were incredibly easy to communicate with – excellent!

The location is excellent, the environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the beautiful scenery. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and there is a KFC in the mall. The girl at the front desk is pretty and easy to talk to. There is a church next to it

If it weren't for the recent summer holidays and the fact that hotels are so popular, I wouldn't have booked this place. Location: It's also on the main street, closer to the immigration office. There's a social and cultural center next door, mainly for various performances, and a park with lots of fitness equipment. There's road construction going on around here, so it's a bit chaotic. The location is a bit far from attractions, but still within walking distance, since we were traveling independently. Service: The front desk staff speaks English, so communication wasn't a problem. However, they held onto our passports, which was incomprehensible. We had to check in at 2 PM, and they wouldn't return them until the evening. Facilities: We booked a comfort suite. The room was spacious, with a central hallway, a bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The bedroom had a bathtub with a massage function, and they provided two bottles of water. There was also a water dispenser in the hallway, so we could boil water in the room. The bathroom had a clothes rack with a dryer, which was great, and there was also an electric heater, which would be very useful in winter.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Lenin Square and Lenin Street. There are many restaurants to choose from. It is also walking distance to the Church of the Happy Happy and many check-in points. The hotel facilities are new, the waiters will speak English, and all aspects are good.

Strategic location to anywhere near On the side of the hotel there is a restaurant that opens from 8 am to 10 pm. The hotel staff is very friendly and kind.🥰👍👍👍👍

Clean and tidy, there are heated water dispensers in the corridor, no elevator. The front desk lady is Chinese and British, and Yuan can communicate with translation software. The hotel is opposite the port and Yuan needs to walk for 1 minute. Good physical strength can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Lenin Square, and the Geological Museum. No problem with Baidu navigation. The only downside is that the hotel has no restaurant, and there is a sushi restaurant next door. Every night, there are Wangwang teams fighting on the railway downstairs.

Hotel and service in it I didn't like. Not at the price. The view on the mountains there isn't as much as the mountains themselves. The room is more like comfort, not semi-luxe, with a badly charged bed. Breakfasts are scarce and coffee is terrible, although there is a dop fee for it. The most unpleasant was breakfast when I asked for a latte, the waitress girl said it was a dop fee, I asked to record on the room because I didn 't take the money, Jenkins behind the bar across the hall shouted to me that this coffee for the dop fee. She clearly confused the institution with the market, otherwise such an order would not be described. I made a remark to her for which she began to rape me with claims. It was funny, and after I heard I still had to wait for my coffee when she would allow it to be made. And at the end I got this coffee, which was impossible to drink. I can tell you exactly that I won't return to this hotel . No quality, no service.

We were given a heater and this improved the situation a little. The room is ”non-smoking”, but there was an unpleasant smell of smoke in the room. The administrator brought us an air freshener, which improved the situation slightly. The plumbing works, but the cold water in the sink is mixed up with the hot water, the coating on the bathtub is cracked. The hotel provides disposable hygiene products. There are disposable slippers. The bed linen is clean, but the mattress is very uncomfortable. There is a TV and a kettle in the room. The corridor and the hall have been renovated and the first impression of the hotel was not bad, but the room was uncomfortable. It is obvious that some rooms are being renovated. I hope the situation will soon change for the better.
