The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

Hotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!

It was a very nice hostel. The showers are shared, but there are 4 separate showers, so I'm glad I didn't care too much about other people. It was a beautiful room where you can see that you are cleaning every day. I liked the pictures and pictures everywhere. The bed was giggling, but I think other hostels in the same price range are the same. One thing I was worried about was that each bed had no place to charge. If you're lucky, you can use the bed next to the outlet, but I had to get off the bunk bed every time and go to charge. Other than that, I think it was good. Thank you.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

The location is decent; being in the city center makes it very convenient for getting anywhere. However, the facilities are a bit dated. We were given a corner room which felt quite cramped, with two single beds arranged in an L-shape. The room also felt a bit damp and dark.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed and spacious including the bathroom. The dining experience in the restaurant was also enjoyable and breakfast was more than adequate. I would not recommend this hotel if you have a car though. Hard to find and access is difficult. Parking fees in my view are excessive.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel — it was very comfortable, and everything was great. The room was clean and cozy, and I felt very relaxed there. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have some extra bathroom items like a shower cap, cotton swabs, and a штsmall toiletry set. Also, I used the airport shuttle service, which was convenient. But I was a bit disappointed that the driver didn’t help me with my suitcase — I had to lift it myself into the car, even though it’s a paid service. My luggage wasn’t too big, and as a woman traveling alone, I would have appreciated some help. I think that kind of support is part of good service. Thank you again for a nice stay!

GGuest UserExcellent location, comfortable hotel, beautiful room Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room. Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians By changing the room I would advise him lively

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

11357007****The location is fantastic, on the Buda side, right below Fisherman's Bastion. We checked in in the evening and could just walk out the back of the hotel to reach Fisherman's Bastion, and then head down to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, and fruits. The front desk staff's English was excellent. The hotel is small but charming. The only downside was that the 'double bed' was actually two small single beds pushed together, so for a couple to sleep together, they'd have to squeeze onto one very small single bed. There are a few traditional Portuguese restaurants downstairs with reasonable prices.

NNam.KIt seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel.

MMillerMikeFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

SShenzhenMarcoThe location is very good, very close to the old town tourist area, a ten-minute walk. The hotel is quite new, the price is good, and there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket next to it, which has everything. There are also some restaurants within a ten-minute walk. It takes more than 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It is a very cost-effective business hotel

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
