The service was impeccable and my room was outstanding - extremely comfortable and beautiful. The food was so delicious - I would visit again just for the evening meals ! The onsen was lovely but would be difficult to access for people with mobility issues .

convenient location, around 3 minutes from JR. seems this is the only hotel close to JR. Room size normal but the window faced the wall of the next building . Okay on the whole.

The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

Definitely a cost-effective choice. The location is good. Although it is quiet downstairs and there is only a 711, there are supermarkets, shopping streets, and Hongren Market in about 5 minutes' walk. It's an ordinary Japanese hotel layout, but hygiene can be guaranteed. It's not far to walk from the JR station, so don't take the train if you can walk.

A very modern hotel with happy colors all around. Room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast offers an array of choices. Even the souvenirs shop at the lobby offers products of great designs. Overall ambience gives a wonderful feel.

The room is spacious, with plenty of room for two 28-inch luggages. Good location, convenient transportation, there is a bus to the airport opposite. It is very close to the downtown area, next to the shopping street and there are many restaurants nearby. The washing and drying machine on the 13th floor can be paid for conveniently using Apple Pay by downloading an APP, and the progress and time can be viewed on the phone. The toilet has a little bit of smell. A few days ago, I lived on the 8th floor and the smell from the toilet drain was quite strong. Later, I lived in a larger room on a higher floor and there was no smell anymore. There is free tea and coffee available in the lobby on the first floor. The counters are very friendly and can speak English. To purchase My Tour bus tickets, you can purchase them at the counter.

Food quality is very good with a wide range of food for selection. The service of front desk staff is very helpful. The staffちさprovided excellent service who helped us to book a table and follow up closely even outside office hour. I would recommend friends to stay in this hotel.i chose Ocean view room with a nice scenery.

Good Location , In the middle of Kochi Near to many places No need to buy the parking from the Hotel *(1,000 YEN) There a lot parking near by The Room itself abit old but good renovatiion The Bed is comfy and clean The amenities is good The Water pressure is strong for Hot and Cold Water Overall is Good I never try the Breakfast

The hotel is in a very remote place. If you don't drive by yourself, it takes 15 minutes by bus. There are only a few buses a day, so transportation is inconvenient. The room is on the underground floor, facing the trees at the back. The interior of the house is decorated in wood color, but the bathroom is in the style of an old-style hot spring hotel. The hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs, but the outdoor hot springs are not hot enough. Due to its remote location and few street lights around, you can see many stars when you look up.

근처에 정류장 있고 역 있고 터미널 있고 교통으로 불편한 점은 없었어요 편의점도 있어서 자주 이용했습니다 비 쫄딱 맞고 왔더니 다급하게 수건 건네주시고 체크인 시간보다 3시간정도 일찍 왔는데도 방이 준비가 다 되어있어서 체크인 바로해주셨어요 비바람이 너무 세서 걱정했는데 너무 감동했어요🥹 직원분들이 다들 너무 친절하셨어요 아침 일찍 나가야해서 밤늦게 남자 직원분께 전철역 사정도 여쭤봤는데 찾아봐주시고 연락까지 주셔서 너무 감사했어요 다음에 고치에 왔을 때 또 이용하겠습니다. 최고의 추억을 만들어주셔서 감사해요!!
