Extremely satisfied! When I was booking, I hesitated a bit because the total price for a 7-night stay wasn't cheap. However, I decided to book it after seeing that it's close to the station, has spacious rooms, and the beds in the twin rooms are larger than those in other hotels. Upon arrival, I was so glad we chose this place; it was incredibly convenient.
Nagoya Station is directly accessible from the hotel. This made getting to and from the airport, traveling to other cities, visiting Legoland, and meeting for our day trip to Shirakawa-go all incredibly easy and saved us a lot of hassle.
There's a food street on floors 12-13 directly downstairs, where we enjoyed several meals. The lobby is on the 15th floor and features Japan's highest Starbucks. A shopping mall is also directly accessible downstairs, making shopping at Takashimaya very convenient.
For an extended stay, comfort is key. The rooms are spacious, offering city views. The shower is large, and the bath amenities are comprehensive. The complimentary capsule coffee machine and other in-room provisions were also quite nice.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with incredibly convenient access. If budget isn't a concern, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier. The location is amazing—just steps from Nagoya Station and with a Komeda Coffee nearby that we loved. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable and clean rooms, and even an onsen, which was a big plus after long days out. The staff were kind and helpful, although their English was not as strong as in some other hotels. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak at first, but they quickly installed a router in my room when I asked, which solved the problem. Overall, a very pleasant stay

This is my second stay here; I also stayed last year. The price is reasonable. The room with one large and one small bed was just right and didn't feel cramped, though it might be a bit small for two adults. It's super convenient, right outside Sakae Subway Station Exit 2. The hotel is new and clean! Right outside, there's a famous Nagoya chicken wing restaurant, and a tonkatsu restaurant is also very close by. Nagoya TV Tower is also nearby. All in all, the location is quite convenient. One minor point: I'm not sure why my room was always on the fourth or fifth floor. I wonder if this is common for Ctrip bookings, as I noticed other Korean tourists and guests from different countries were assigned higher floors.

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one.
The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away.
We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk.
As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to.
Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!

The 32-square-meter room with three beds was an acceptable size. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Although there was no Chinese service, their English was good. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation. The only downside was the slightly long 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station (according to Google Maps); I later found that getting off at Fushimi Station would have been a much quicker walk. Nearby, you'll find a Don Quijote, Life Supermarket, and a selection of specialty restaurants. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The Vessel Inn Sakae in Nagoya is a truly excellent hotel, offering a fantastic experience thanks to its incredibly helpful staff, prime location in the vibrant Sakae area, and thoughtful amenities. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a 7-Eleven located directly beneath the hotel, the unique benefit of free space available after 2 AM, and complimentary drinks, all contributing to a comfortable and highly convenient stay in the heart of the city.
Incredible! The hotel lobby boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer direct views of Inuyama Castle, with a lush green lawn stretching out beautifully before it. The adjacent Urakuen Garden is said to be even more stunning in late autumn.
The rooms feature high-end amenities, are spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. For breakfast, guests can choose between Western or Japanese set meals. The bottled milk is exceptionally delicious, and coffee milk is also available. Fruits, pudding, and salad are served buffet-style, all very tasty and fresh. Beverages include freshly squeezed juices and freshly ground coffee. I highly recommend booking a stay with breakfast included!
The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Inuyama Castle. After exploring the castle, you can also enjoy a pleasant stroll along the charming street nearby.

KKeaiaimeishaodexiaoxingVery good overall! There's a really delicious tempura restaurant downstairs, located right off the lobby. A supermarket is conveniently located next door. You can also pick up a 5% discount coupon in the hotel lobby.
The facilities are quite new and excellent. Service is decent, although there's no Chinese-speaking staff.
Each guest can receive a complimentary face mask and a small sunscreen sample daily. Complimentary facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion are also available for guests to use. Toothbrushes and other basic toiletries are provided. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, but the coffee quality is pretty average.
The location is excellent – it's right at Exit 6 of Jinshan Metro Station. Plus, there's an elevator available if you prefer not to take the stairs.
Jjhleite2The hotel is located in a really nice place, close to the Nagoya station and bus terminal, and also close to several large shopping malls and areas full of bars and restaurants. Check-in was quite straightforward, with guests being given an access card for their locker and elevator. The hotel's agents have a very decent English for Japanese standards. The two elevators are separated, with one exclusive for male guests to reach their exclusive floors and another one for female guests and their exclusive floors. The access card also locks and unlocks their locker, which is tall but also a bit narrow, but wasn't too much of an issue to store by backpack, bag and shoes. Guests are given sleepwear, slippers and towels, and the shared bathrooms are fully furnished with amenities. Common areas include the lounge in the highest floor and the café in the ground floor, well-decorated and quite coherent with the hotel's famous minimalistic and futuristic design language. The sleeping room has its signature look and offered decent space, even though not the largest capsule of its kind. There is one power outlet, a rotating light switch that allows the user to choose the light intensity, and two small compartments to hold glasses, phones or whatever. The pillow and blanket weren't my favourites but it's up to each person to decide. Like all capsule hotels, ventilation might be a problem so a fan or an AC outlet would be nice to have, but it's not a problem exclusive to 9h. In the end, it wasn't the best bed I've slept but I enjoyed the overall experience. The crew was nice, the hotel was organized and clean, the location was near everything I could need, and the price was also nice. I recommend this location for those who don't want to spend much in lodging and plan to spend most of the day outside and just want a place to rest for the night.
MMissSakuraWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very accessible to the subway, restaurants, tourist spots. The amenities you need are here. Room is clean and well maintained.
GGuest UserThey said simple breakfast but it had a good variety of food. Curry rice seemed to be their speciality. People got up early during holidays and when I got there before 730, the restaurant was quite busy. Some trays were empty but they came to refill it soon after. The room is not big but it was a good size for a solo traveler. A bit far away from the Nagoya station but very easy to find. Notice there is another Meitetsu Inn in other side of the station so don’t go to a wrong one. They have self check in/out machines so it was easy and smooth. Staff are polite and friendly too.

DDrThomasThe hotel is perfectly situated right inside Nagoya Chubu Airport T1, literally steps away. Our room was spotless, and the Hello Kitty themed room we booked was an absolute hit with our child. Chubu Airport itself has also become much more interesting to explore than before; the Boeing Aircraft amusement park is truly impressive and a must-visit. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities such as a complimentary printing/business corner and a self-service coffee area. I highly recommend having breakfast; it provides excellent value for money with great quality and a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserFantastic experience overall. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room, amenities, and bathroom were all five-star quality, comparable to what I'd expect from a luxury hotel back home. Complimentary snacks were a delicious touch. I particularly appreciated that the toiletries were a high-quality European aromatic brand, not just generic ones, and the slippers were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of fish dishes, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I, unfortunately, was busy packing and regret missing out.
The location is superb; a subway exit is right outside, and across a major road are Parco and Matsuzakaya department stores, offering incredible convenience for shopping and dining. The hotel also features a restaurant that's worth checking out.
A heads-up for airport transfers: it can be a bit confusing at Kanayama station because several train lines share the same track, making it easy to board the wrong train. Always double-check for the 'Airport Line'!
윤윤앤초이투어 친절한 72This is a cost-effective top-class business hotel located in the heart of Sakae. The large bath on the first floor is available until 12 o'clock. The breakfast is not that great. There is a welcome coffee on the first floor, and you can use it for free until midnight. Of course, the staff is friendly.
RRobert JohnA1 location directly above Nagoya Station and adjoining Meitetsu Department Store. Direct access from Nagoya Station via lift from B1 level.
Didn’t use any eateries in the hotel as excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and bars in the vicinity. Room cosy - as expected in Japan, but practical with all necessary amenities provided, including a nice capsule coffee machine. Hotel decor a little dated but served its purpose. Walls not very soundproof, could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. Vending machines and free water dispensers on each floor with convenience store within the same building. Good four-night stay with no complaints.
