The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as βBaik Buβ. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

overall the hotel is good. Hotel is very closed to 2 big malls. Easier to get restaurants either in mall or outside of mall.
Breakfast is OK as well.
Lighting in the room is not sufficiently bright

The hotel room was spacious....but old. The flooring was uneven & scary for an elderly like me. The hotel seems dull without a spa & far from nearby shops. Breakfast spread was good but mundane for four consecutive nights that we stayed there......perhqps changes should be made to the menu daily, though it was delicious!

There is a late fine from the hotel if you check out later than 12 noon... There is no notification about that, because when you check in... and the FO is at 11 o'clock, they also don't tell you the check out time limit if there is a fine of 100 thousand per hour... by me. take 2 more roomsπ π©π«

The location of the hotel is close to the shopping center, the staff is friendly and responsive.. the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the shower is smooth.. Recommended if staying in Pekanbaru.. Good

Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.
