The location of the hotel is very near Batam Center and a swing to one Batam mall and some nearby cafes. The front desk is kind enough to upgrade us to another tier of the room. And earlier check in as we have a baby. The spa a level 3 is also awesome. Kids room were good enough to keep baby occupied. Some things to improve : 1) the light system in the room. The switch are either all on or all off. Hard to control with certain parts to be lit up and some to be off. 2) Security system, request for extra keys, however they gave without checking identity 😳 abit scary I can be any Tom dick Harry. 3) not much food options beside the main ambrosia as morning buffet. In room dining menu can be updated too. 4) they are very particular with towels. Can only give 2 at anytime. If you have kids to share room with, you have to advance tell them. Overall still a new, clean and friendly staff..

Good service and location i think there is one thing need to improve which is thw room arrangement Due to when it is 3 o'clock,one of our room is not ready yet,so they suggest us change to other floors and we agreed Other is very good

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

Stayed for two nights over the weekend. From the front desk to housekeeping, to the ushers at the breakfast hall, and the concierge and doorman, they were all very friendly. They were full of smiles and never failed to greet. Sadly, only on one occasion at the JAMU booth was the staff really unfriendly. Such a contrast in comparison to the rest of the staff whom I came across. I didn't get her name, but she was dressed in a black uniform and had shoulder-length hair. She was manning the JAMU counter on Sunday, November 16, 2025. She seemed uninterested in entertaining us when asked about the JAMU concoction. When I requested a cup of SUSU JAHE, she handed me a pack instead of asking if I would like to have it there or not. It was only when I told her I would like a drink of SUSU JAHE in a takeaway cup and not a pack of the mix that she made one for me. After preparing the drink, she left it at the counter without saying a single word and left. A petite lady in a kebaya top, who was smiley and friendly, came to man the counter and attended to us. Anyway, I would like to express my gratitude to the staffs for their friendly and cheerful demeanor. Hope they continue to maintain their positive attitude.

This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort. While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.

We recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan for our Crystal Anniversary, and I just want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. The thoughtful touches, the warm greetings, and the attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We could really feel the effort they put into making our anniversary meaningful, and it’s something we deeply appreciate. The room was comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and the service was consistently excellent. The entire experience reminded us why Bintan is such a perfect quick getaway, and why Four Points stands out with its hospitality. Thank you once again to the entire Four Points Bintan team for making our 15th (Crystal) Anniversary trip unforgettable. We’re leaving with happy hearts and beautiful memories. We’ll definitely be back! 💙✨

Amazing hospitality, super clean rooms & convenient location beside a mall. Plenty of food options nearby and all levels of staff from front of house were so courteous and friendly! Thankful for the staff who were able to accommodate to my requests (for 3 families who are travelling together). I'm truly sold and will always keep Oakwood as my first choice! There's even lemon water (iced) at the lobby, restrooms are well maintained too. Basic toiletries (dental kit, shower cap, cotton buds) are provided, will need to request from Front Office for items such as comb/razors but not an issue. They use Rigel shower system and its one of the most up to date ones which allows you to adjust the temperature, water pressure as well as properly select the type of shower instead of guessing around. Look forward to be back again. Well done, Oakwood Team! Keep up the good work. Enjoyed the breakfast live stations (indomie fried noodles + eggs station) and impressed with the Mee Soto's soup base, so good! Overall a fulfilling breakfast, leaning more towards local cuisine along with western mix and some plain porridge with toppings.

Excellent service from the reception team — they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better
