Third Swiss Belinn chain that I’ve stayed at. Location is next to a mall. All the food for you to try out. Check in was fast. Lobby is comfortable with a seating area outside. The view from my room was superb facing the mountain. Room carpeted, layout was good with hot strong shower. Swimming pool is small mainly for kids but the view is great. Breakfast was not to my expectations for a Swiss Belinn chain. Not much variety and my request for soft boiled egg came as hard boiled.

We had amazing experience staying here(Room625). Located at the heart of Pontianak town area. The roon have window but facing another block. Lovely breakfast. Spacious room.

I stayed in the connected rooms. One with double bed and another with single bed. Both hot water was not working. In the single bed room, not enough light, bed sheets and pillow got stain.
Breakfast is good. Customer service is good. Staff is very friendly.

XC's service is good. It showed that there is an airport shuttle bus, but after waiting for more than half an hour, it turned out that there was no shuttle bus. I received a cash subsidy of 30 yuan, which is not much but much better than that.

GGuest UserIt's an old hotel, but clean with spacious room. service was good. Sadly the room i stayed in the aircon was not cool probably around 26 degrees, the room boy advised me not remove the room card when i went out so the aircon is not off, and i can request another room key at the reception. I have notified the issue to the reception, but is good for guess who prefer the room at 25-27 degrees.
