The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Beautiful boutique hotel set against the backdrop of lush green friends. Not far from the city. Close to the temples in the city and night market.
Has a cozy restaurant also overlooking the paddy fields. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast and good Value for money.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting the identity of Nan well. The staffs are very good, smiling and ready to serve all the time. The food is delicious, every menu tastes good. It is considered very good value. The transportation is convenient because the hotel has a van to pick up and drop off everywhere you want to go.
Would i stay again? Absolutely!
Pros
Bicycle provided to enjoy the nearby rice fields, local country lanes - you can even ride into town to enjoy the river, museums, restaurants and many temples. I really enjoyed a few hours out on the bicycle, even though it was old and rusty.
The food menu is good, lots of seafood options but other options too, from western to local. The food is high quality, although the ribs maybe had too much overpowering layers of flavours. The restaurant is a very chill vibe, high quality furniture and decoration but with reasonable prices. Loads of drink options, from cocktails to beer, a huge selection of wines etc. Very impressive bar.
No toothbrush/toothpaste but good quality gels, shampoo, lotion provided.
If you don't pay extra for breakfast, complimentary toast with some homemade jams and a coffee are still provided.
The resort organised motorbike rental (its always best to go through the resort/hotel in Thailand). 450 a day which is probably the most I've paid, however I thoroughly enjoyed a couple of days touring the local area, travelling south to Sao Din Na Noi and in the north, Doi Phu Kha National Park. Incredible trip, stunning scenery. Highly recommended.
The owners are always there if you need them, either to have a chat or answer questions. Staff were very friendly with good English.
Someone said in a review that the rooms were old with dim lights - this is completely untrue. The rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Thai style but at the same time feel new. The balcony of some rooms have stunning rice field and mountain views but if you don't have that, walk a few metres to the fields with lots of seating to enjoy the views.
The gardens around the rooms are well taken care of.
Trips can be booked through the hotel.
Bottled water provided in room (complimentary) with a well-stocked mini bar if you want extra drinks or snacks (charged but no price list seemed to be there).
Cons
There is no safe for passport, cash etc in room
No kettle in room even though coffee, sugar was there 😅 but if you pay to upgrade or booked the mountain view room, there will be a coffee machine
There is no mosquito repellant by pool, in the restaurant or in rooms - possibly because they are usually burning or flammable liquid which wouldn't go well with a resort made entirely of wood! Some electric options maybe?
Can hear motorbikes/cars occasionally on the nearby road and almost a constant sound carried across the rice fields from the distant main road. However, this is Thailand and i'm not sure this can be avoided, anywhere.
As with most hotels, the light switch situation is unnecessarily overcomplicated.
The restaurant charges for ice buckets and bottled water is almost poured without specifically asking, and is charged.
Convenient transportation to the accommodation A little on the main road
The rooms are both in the building and private houses.
the room is clean, spacious, mattress, pillows, quilts are very good
The bathtub is separated from the shower room.
Good spacious luggage storage space
a little bit addicted, the water is a bit light
The air in the morning is fresh. In the evening, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
Chill type recommends that you should stay very much. Very good.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, so getting around can be difficult without a private vehicle. However, the hotel owner is very kind and polite. I booked a room during my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake. The breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely come back again!
What a good vacation time!. The room, the bed, the vibe, etc. is the best. We travelled with one kid and one dog, the hote prepare eberything we need for my dog. We are so impressed. All staffs are also friendly and have service minded. Breakfast also good. Truly relaxing stay!!
- Hotels near Phra That Chae Haeng If you want to go to a walking street or temple in the city, it is not very far.
- The decoration in the room and restaurant is Lanna style, but it's not until it's scary.
- The mattress is latex. Causing when sleeping, the bed will not collapse, the pillow is soft, but the blanket may not be very fluffy. But can prevent the cold from the air conditioner
- The room has a balcony, but not used because it is a resort. There are more mosquitoes and insects than usual.
- The bathroom is very well divided. There is a glass to block the wet part, strong water, hot water is really hot. scented shower cream
Breakfast is shocked. The hotel is very full. There are both northern food, boiled rice, side dishes, egg menu, salad bar. If anyone who likes to eat breakfast, it's definitely full.
Very Good

GGuest UserIt is a very good place to stay, the room is clean and the room smells very good, it smells good all the time, I like it very much, very impressed. I would like to recommend anyone who comes to visit Nan to stay here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
KKarnnutchanThe hotel upgraded the room to a suite. The room was clean, the bed was spacious. My parents were very impressed. The food was varied. The staff provided excellent service. If I have the chance to visit Nan, I will go back to stay again.
GGuest UserNice hotel. Room was nice and spacious, and I really enjoyed the breakfast which isn’t easy when there seemed to be only two rooms booked - appreciated that. However as we and the other guests where the only two there, why do we have to be be placed directly opposite each other? Every other room was available. I would have prepared a room not looking or listening to the tenants loud boombox! I didn’t like it it understand it.
GGuest UserNo food taken.
Told them that I had booked already, 3 rooms.
She then took 500baht per room as deposit and another 100baht for 3 keys.
So In total I gave her 1800baht.
Turns out to be just a small communications problem.
Allsorted out in the morning.
Rooms ard very basic but very good value gor the price.
It would have been much cheaper to have just gone to the hotel directly, and I had a new customer discount aswell.
GGuest UserGood accommodation, good atmosphere, the entrance to the accommodation is a bit confusing if you don't notice the sign carefully because you came by Google.
The breakfast is delicious, although not very diverse. Overall, it's worth the price, so I forgot about the service from the front desk.
# Stayed in November, but just reviewed because I want the service to be improved. #
It was our fault for arriving late because we were not familiar with the route and had to leave time to charge the car (EV). We called the accommodation to inform them that we would arrive late around midnight, but when we arrived, there was no one waiting to check in even though they had given us a phone number to contact the accommodation.
But no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to sleep in the car in front of the resort until 5 am, so a staff member came to call us to the accommodation.
The point is, if we hadn't informed them in advance, it would have been our 100% fault, but we had already informed them. The staff member said that they didn't bring their phone into the bedroom, so they didn't hear the sound, which made us feel a bit disappointed with the service (actually, we were too exhausted to be angry).
We traveled a long way across the mountain, thinking that we would be able to sleep comfortably so that we could go to work the next day. It turned out that we were exhausted and couldn't go to work as planned. If this were improved, it would be one of the perfect accommodations in Nan Province.
JJJ.KThe walls of the room are quite thin. You can hear everything the room next door does. It's loud all night. I can't sleep at all. It's terrible. Whenever I close the door or pull out a chair, it's so loud. It's not suitable for relaxing.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a family villa for 4 and had such a great time. The price included an afternoon tea set, dinner, and breakfast. all super tasty! We honestly enjoyed every meal. The place has a really nice vibe, super chill and peaceful. We went in early March, but I bet it would look even more beautiful during the rainy season. Overall, we really liked it. Such a good stay!
