From the warm welcome by the receptionist, Duke, to the impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. 房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

Annie, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude👌. It's a warm stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I like the decoration style inside. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

The space capsule I ordered at the beginning did not have the bunk beds in another room type. The lady at the front desk was very nice and kept coordinating. There were also robots for takeout and so on. There were no shortcomings except that the bed frame was a bit noisy! E-sports hotels are great!

I booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

I recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service. The hotel room is clean and nicely maintained. Love the mirror for makeup inside toilet. The service is generally good, but when we booked airport send off service it was well arranged and quite a few customers were delayed due to not enough cars/drivers/seats available.
