The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient to walk to various places. The front desk security is very reliable. The family room is very large. There is a toilet between the two rooms. The balcony is very large and you can see the terrace opposite. It is very cost-effective.

Whenever I return to São Paulo, it is the first hotel I look for due to its excellent location, pleasant service and very good breakfast. A comfortable and very pleasant stay every time.

The staff were well trained and careful, the room was cleaned and cleaned, the kitchen was not available during the night period.

Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast.

The hotel is extremely clean, organized, all the staff are super helpful, they always served us in a very respectful and polite manner. The breakfast is wonderful, I loved being able to eat eggs and bacon in the morning among other wonderful things. Extremely pleasant region, especially for its wide range of restaurants for those who like to eat good food, what can I say? Located in the Jardins region of São Paulo, the region is spectacular and the hotel provides an excellent service.

The hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

The trip took place during the winter in São Paulo. The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved. The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall. The overall evaluation is okay.

The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.

The room is large, comfortable and quiet. The surrounding community is safe and not far from various attractions. There are many Chinese and Japanese restaurants around. If it is possible to be on a higher floor, the view will be much better. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is very good.

Great hotel were to stay! Breakfast was very various from sweet to savoury. Very easy check in as it was a late one.
