excellent all around. The best hotel i have stayed at so far. Some comments had been made about the glass frontage to the bathroom. The hotel could easily put up a black out curtain so any guests with concerns could slide the curtain across.
Pros:
Good location, no more than 20 minutes' walk to the main attractions.
The hotel is new and clean.
Good breakfasts.
There is parking for an extra fee.
Cons:
There is no drinking water or slippers in the rooms, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for this chain.
Uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, but this is possible individually.
Parking is 24€, more expensive than in Vienna.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was
das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung
wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.
The hotel is generally good, relatively clean and comfortable, and the room type is relatively small compared to other hotels in Europe at the same price. It can not be small, the surrounding is very quiet, the facilities are relatively new, the travel family travel friends travel, etc. are very suitable, will choose next time. The front desk staff is very welcoming.

Water cooker must be dicalciated (see photo in the annex)

The price of the hotel in Graz seems to be really not cheap, more expensive than many cities in Germany. This hotel has lived before. The location is OK, the surrounding business district has to walk a little. Hotel staff is more enthusiastic.

Very Good
MMichelle0919Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
CChengThe hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.
GGuest Userexcellent all around. The best hotel i have stayed at so far. Some comments had been made about the glass frontage to the bathroom. The hotel could easily put up a black out curtain so any guests with concerns could slide the curtain across.
GGuest UserIt’s close to the train station and cheap. The rooms are clean as well, but the kitchen area is dirty. For example the chairs, the trash over flow, and sink are unkept. Additionally, there’s a shortage of utensils, plates, and cleaning supplies making the kitchen difficult to use.
The public area is loud with overhead music which makes it difficult to get any work done.
All in all, it’s an average stay but the price and location are good.
GGuest UserVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
AAnonymous UserI stayed overnight. The room was very large, so I have a particularly impression that I could use it as Yu 々. The shower was a box type of glass door, and there was no problem with the hot water. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and there is also a supermarket nearby. It is a little over 10 minutes walk on a flat road to the old town. There is also a tram running on the street in front of you. At check-in, the elderly staff explained carefully how to use the number lock key and also tourist information, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
GGuest UserGraz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the location is excellent. Take a few steps out, down is the commercial street, up is the clock tower. The road to the top of the mountain is very quiet. If you want to avoid the crowds, Graz is worth a visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services. There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The Old Town can be easily reached on foot or by tram. My hotel room is very clean and quiet. 5-star from me, highly recommended.
