Finally, weigh your bowl and pay.🙆♀️ This buffet-style customization system is so much fun!💗 I chose the "Spicy Mala Tang Soup." For noodles, I picked corn noodles and Longkou vermicelli. My toppings included enoki mushrooms, crab miso-filled meatballs, lotus root, corn, red kamaboko, sausages, shrimp balls, pork, dumplings, and banana shrimp, among others. I couldn’t resist and ended up choosing a lot!✨ The soup wasn’t overly spicy as it might appear, and it had a perfect balance of rich umami flavor.🙋♀️ The spiciness was complemented by a deep richness, making it pair wonderfully with all the ingredients.💕 The crab miso-filled meatballs were especially delicious and rich, while the crunchy texture of enoki mushrooms and lotus root added a nice touch. The vermicelli had a smooth texture and absorbed the soup well, making it enjoyable until the very last bite.👏 There are plenty of flavor-enhancing items like chili oil, sesame sauce, ponzu, and Sichuan pepper oil. Adding a little of each creates a whole new taste experience. The ability to customize your meal to your liking is truly appealing, and it’s easy to see why Mala Tang is so popular.💡 Additionally, the shop offers unlimited rice, Chinese tea, coffee, ice cream, and snacks, which is a delightful bonus!
