【Osaka/Umeda】Famous Hong Kong Dim Sum Restaurant

🥟DimDimSum Osaka Main Branch 📍Osaka Umeda (3-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda Station) I first discovered this restaurant in Taiwan and it quickly became a favorite of mine. I was thrilled to learn that I could enjoy it in Osaka as well! This time, I ordered: ・【Weekday Only】Premium Lunch Set (2640 yen) The set was incredibly luxurious✨ ・Today’s appetizer ・3 types of steamed dim sum (shrimp dumplings, shrimp and pork siu mai, vegetable dumplings) ・3 types of fried dim sum (teriyaki eggplant shrimp balls, pear-shaped fried dumplings, crispy shrimp balls) ・Dried shrimp turnip cake ・Mini wonton soup ・Choice of main dish (Hong Kong-style seafood fried rice / beef and crispy lettuce fried rice / chicken and mushroom Hong Kong congee) ・Choice of dessert (mango pudding / lychee pudding / black sesame pudding) ・Choice of tea (jasmine / lychee / Tieguanyin / Pu-erh) For my meal, I chose the Hong Kong-style seafood fried rice as the main dish, mango pudding for dessert, and lychee tea✨️ The steamed dumplings had a chewy skin and juicy fillings💕 The shrimp was plump and brought happiness in every bite💗 The fried dim sum had crispy coatings packed with flavorful fillings, and the teriyaki eggplant shrimp ball was especially delightful with its savory aroma. The turnip cake had a crispy exterior and a chewy interior, with the umami of dried shrimp spreading throughout☺️ The Hong Kong-style seafood fried rice was fluffy and perfectly separated, with the umami of seafood and the crunch of vegetables adding a nice touch. It was both elegant and satisfying🙆♀️ The mango pudding dessert was smooth and rich, filling my mouth with its sweet flavor🥭 The lychee tea had a fragrant aroma and was easy to drink, making the entire experience feel luxurious💕 Additionally, I couldn’t resist ordering their specialty "Custard Piggy Bun." The adorable pig-shaped bun was soothing to look at, and the rich custard cream made only with salted duck egg yolk and sugar oozed out from the inside…! Make sure to have your camera ready when eating this—it’s a must📸 Unfortunately, I failed this time…🤣 ✍️ Located on the 27th floor, the view is spectacular!
