At the Jeju tavern Tamra Fairy, ordering a set menu comes with a miso soup containing beef. Among the restaurants near Jeju City Hall that I've visited, this place offers the richest yet not overly salty broth, giving the impression of dining at a premium Korean beef specialty restaurant rather than a tavern. The second floor is different from the first, featuring private rooms where each room has a door for a secluded atmosphere. This makes it an excellent spot for a couple's date or a blind date, where you can enjoy dishes like yakiniku in a cozy setting. The Tamra Set includes Tsubo Galbi, which is marinated beef ribs served in a jar. After grilling it on a charcoal brazier, you can enjoy it once it's cooked to your liking. The sweet pineapple included in the dish adds variety, making it a great value for money. The freshness and rich meat juices of the Tsubo Galbi were as impressive as the flower-cut beef ribs and bone-in ribs I had earlier.
