Coffee Museum Baum

At the counter, you can find hand-drip coffee tools, mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise featuring the café's logo. They also sell coffee beans from various countries, making it a great spot for coffee enthusiasts to visit if they're heading towards the Bunker de Lumières. Baum offers a set menu where you can enjoy an Italian-style panini paired with an Americano, as well as drip coffee options like Honduras Bella Vista, Ethiopia Sidama Otako, and India Bhadra. Additionally, the menu includes a variety of drinks such as matcha milk, matcha avocado, strawberry milk, chocolat chaud, Hallabong tea, Hallabong smoothie, herbal tea, Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream, Baum Dolce, Baum Mocha, Einspänner, Peach Blue, and more. Takeout is also available. While waiting for your drink, you can explore and take photos of the café's spaces on the first and second floors. The first floor features a Christmas tree, tables and chairs by the windows for comfortable seating, and a high-end coffee tool called the Enterprise Coffee Grinder No.18 on display. Inside, true to its name as a coffee museum, you’ll find various hand-drip coffee tools and mugs, along with rare items and accessories not commonly seen in other cafés in Seongsan, Jeju. Each tool is labeled with its name and detailed description, making browsing an enjoyable experience. The walls are adorned with visually engaging information about coffee history, the coffee belt, and coffee stories, offering insights into the coffee you drink daily. Heading up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a larger space with multiple tables. One section features a bookshelf filled with books from various categories, and there’s a large table suitable for group travelers. The second floor also showcases art pieces on each table and has window seats overlooking the forest. The quiet atmosphere makes it a great place to pick up a book from the shelf and read or to sit by the window and capture Instagram-worthy travel photos. It’s an ideal café to visit with a partner or friends. On the second floor, you’ll also find LEGO models like the Colosseum 10276 and Grand Piano 21323, along with Toy Story figurines. The mugs, available in various sizes, are all beautifully designed and could serve as stylish interior decorations.
