Hidden Gems along Corfu's North-East Coast

Corfu's North-East Coast is famous for its pretty views and clear water. Mount Pantokrator, the tallest mountain on Corfu, stands behind the coast and makes for a beautiful scene. Although the coast lies off the beaten path, the area has many small, rocky beaches and bays, often surrounded by green hills with olive and cypress trees. Villages along this coast, like Kassiopi, Kalami, and Agni, mix old Greek charm with new comforts. Kassiopi is a busy place with an old harbor and a castle. Kalami is known because the Durrell family, famous writers, lived there. Many of these villages have traditional Greek restaurants that serve local food, especially fresh seafood. #greekislandhopping
