Highly recommended hotel in Sapa. Breakfast is superb. Hot chocolate was so good. Very accessible, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the fansipan through the hotel but unfortunately we couldn’t make it on time. We asked the staff if we are able to go the following day, and luckily, they were able to accommodate us even tho the ticket is valid only for one day. We’re so grateful for them. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.
I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.
The terraced fields, air and scenery outside are all nice, but it’s a little far from the city, and many taxis think it’s too far (they can only do one business). Next time I will have the chance to come again in June-October and see more beautiful scenery.
The location was fine in the middle of the town, though we had to walk a few minutes to find restaurants.
The biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast. It only had noodle soup and bread. Most food trays had nothing. The hotel staff said there were only 10 guests so they didn't prepare most breakfast dishes. Some hostels' breakfast could be better than this 4 star hotel.
The bathroom had no bathtub which was fine, but the whole place got wet after shower as water leaked from the shower area to the toilet and everywhere.
The room smelled quite a bit when we first walked in and the AC system was partially locked so we couldn't change the AC mode.
The only positive was the hotel staff was friendly and let us check in early for free.
The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria.
Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality.
The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan.
The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western.
The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions.
Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.
Very very satisfied, especially like the decoration style, the room is very good, clean and sanitary, the bed is very comfortable, large floor-to-ceiling windows, various coffee drinks at the front desk on the third floor of the hotel, the children have a lot of fun, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, especially good
The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church.
I made a reservation for one day because it is right next to the Chinese border. The facilities are clean and the balcony view is good. There is a local market a little further down. The cafe in front of the hotel also has a nice feel. The TV has Netflix and YouTube. It was a hot day. I stayed comfortably. Recommended. Grab is good to go to Lao Cai Station, but I didn't use it. If you go to the market, there are auto riders. You can just grab their hand signals. ww
In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

WWendyIt's a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, with a balcony overlooking the stunning rice terraces. The room is clean and cozy, offering a serene retreat. Breakfast is delicious and adds to the enjoyable experience. Although it’s located away from Sapa Town, getting there is quite convenient. Sleeper buses and limo vans only drop off in Sapa Town, but taxis and Grab are easy to find. We used Grab to travel around throughout our stay, and a ride to Eco Palm from Sapa Town costs around 200K VND one way and takes approximately 16 minutes.
JJiaYiWe had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip.
The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately.
A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station.
Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!
GGuest UserOur stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

HHazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
GGuest UserDeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service.
EEvelynnttCleanness is good. The view is straightly to sunplaza station. The staffs are super kindly and helpful. One bonus mark for breakfast, super supprise about its variable. Will comeback next time.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was advertised as is in the photos. Clean and spacious rooms with views of the funicular. Good breakfast with lots of options, just hope they had brewed coffee. Nice short walk from the city center around 5 minutes.

AAnonymous UserThis property is a family-run hotel, so guests should not expect the level of service typically found at chain hotels with dedicated departments.
Location is a major advantage — the hotel is situated in the center of Sapa, within walking distance to SunWorld Fansipan Legend, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Accommodation and Facilities: The facilities are basic and reflect the nature of a budget or mid-range guesthouse. Rooms are equipped with physical keys, and electricity is activated via a plastic key insert. Soundproofing is minimal, and room construction is modest, with noticeable gaps above doors and large interior windows that may affect privacy.
The hotel lacks an intercom system and, assistance is provided by family members. Guests need to use their personal phones to contact the owners if support is needed.
Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience.
Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations.
Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.
