The location is far away, and you have to drive for 2 or 3 minutes to find a convenience store nearby. One parking and two meals are very fine, the hot springs are available, there is a lounge with atmosphere at night, and there is free parking space.

Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service.
Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea.
The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better.
Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding.
All staff are friendly and nice.
There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious.

This is my second stay at the Sheraton, and compared to my first experience, I was a bit disappointed this time—particularly with the reception service.
The check-in process was incredibly slow. There were only two families ahead of me, yet each check-in took over 20 minutes. After a long journey, when everyone is exhausted and just wants to settle into their rooms and rest, standing in line for such a long time was frustrating. The situation was even more challenging with kids getting fussy and adults feeling drained. This is definitely an area that needs significant improvement.
On a positive note, the room was as expected—spacious and clean, just like my first stay.
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.
Diversified hot spring design, suitable for family travel, buffet style is not much, roasted shellfish and snails are better taste, others are general, less expected, cost-effective, not recommended
Good location, big room with good view. Value for money. The 24h Lawson store is definitely a plus when you rush for time to the airport.
Parking is plentiful and only costs 400Y per day but you need to validate the ticket at the front counter before exit. Payment at the gate so make sure you have coins or small notes.

Hotel has Halloween theme on during our stay, it’s been decorated for Halloween and restaurants offer themed desserts which were really nice. Our room was average though, the furniture and bathroom was a bit dated, room smells muggy for the first day of our trip. We did get a room with sea view, that was the highlight for our stay.
Arrived at the airport and just caught the last shuttle bus to the hotel with a friendly and helpful driver. Easy checkin and spacious twin room. Very comfy beds, kettle and coffee plus good fridge in room. Didn’t have a chance to explore the facilities in spite of having an all access pass as caught the 10.42am hotel transfer bus into Tokyo station with was comfortable, punctual, spotless and reasonably priced.
I’d skip the breakfast which cost me £18.50, as for someone vegan and gluten free (who also eats fish occasionally) there was genuinely hardly anything I could eat. The food looked mass produced and apparently the meatballs and bacon were definitely to be avoided. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in all my visits to Japan

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying here.
I'm staying alone, so I chose this place because I wanted a place to sleep and a well-equipped shared space. The cabins are for women only, so I was able to sleep peacefully, I was able to relax in the hot stone bath while reading manga until late into the night, and the fact that meals can be eaten inside the building was a big plus. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

AAnonymous UserGreat services with 7-11 in the hotel. Near to Narita airport with free shuttle bus. However the frequency is not high, especially to Aeon mall but in overall was a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe service is thoughtful and courteous, the room is spacious, and there is also a department store connected to convenience stores, shopping, shopping, and restaurants. It is very convenient. The breakfast meals are rich and delicious. In short, it is highly recommended!
GGuest UserVery spacious room with 3 single beds, a balcony and a large toilet. Kids enjoy the hot spring baths.
Frequent shuttle service in the peak hours. But when returning to the hotel from Disneyland and DisneySea, the shuttles were really packed.
In summary, we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, and recommended to the budget travelers, it’s worth for the money.

RR_ogerA perfect hotel. Very suitable for catching a flight or playing golf in Chiba. Although a bit old, the overall feeling is still good. I will stay here next time.
