Very spacious room with 3 single beds, a balcony and a large toilet. Kids enjoy the hot spring baths.
Frequent shuttle service in the peak hours. But when returning to the hotel from Disneyland and DisneySea, the shuttles were really packed.
In summary, we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, and recommended to the budget travelers, it’s worth for the money.
Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.
The hotel’s shuttle service was great—very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Having a Family Mart right in the building 24Hours. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offered good variety at a reasonable price.

Great family hotel. Location is awesome with bus shutter service to Maihama station for tokyo disney and disney sea.
Provide comfy bed and use thier onsen. It is good after long walk
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.

Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney.
Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure. For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience stall.
Rooms was very big, kids were happy with the size. To have 4 beds, one for each of us was welcomed when in Japan. Beds were nice and softer, the smaller ones for the kids were harder, which was actually better for adults.
Water pressure in the bathroom was also awesome.

Good hotel with shuttle for disneyland. Room was bigger than other places in tokyo. Nearby shopping mall with aeon and lawson. Next to shin-urayasu station. Room was big and hotel staff was great and helpful even with limited english. Had some issues but was promptly dealt with by courteous staff.
First of all, breakfast was really good, and it was really really good to be able to use the hot springs together. The hot spring water is really good. The soba noodles for late night snack were also good. There were many services that I had to use, but I was a little confused because the explanations were not enough when I checked in. There were some friendly staff members. There were also some that were not.
It was close to the station, but it was quiet and I was able to relax. The free use of the video theater and the large underground bath were also great. I'd like to use it again next time.

Pros: Longest shuttle bus timings. Good buffet spread. Super huge bedroom with Mount Fuji view. Had 2 big adult beds and 2 small kids bed all done up for us. Laundromat, Lawson & gift shop all in the hotel made it super convenient. Everyday our room was made up very nicely and items left on the table were untouched. Staff was honest and friendly. Hilton guest members will get free dessert during the breakfast buffet. Not the most convenient hotel to Disneyland but still bearable.
Cons: Worst Crabtree & Evelyn shower soap and shampoo ever. After using it, gave us a bad rash. Had to use my own shampoo and bath soap instead. At peak hour timing when returning from Disneyland, the bus took very very long to arrive after many other hotel buses had arrived a few rounds.

AashokIf a person want to enjoy Japanese sauna and a peaceful time , then this hotel is good. Breakfast is good and room size is sufficient for 2 people .
However it is very far from Tokyo city centre around 65 km and not fit if you want to do shopping , sightseeing in city centre .
. It is around 9-10 km narita airport

GGuest UserWhat a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily.
Massages start from around 2000¥
Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point.
Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles.
If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic.
The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo.
Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help.
There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

AAnonymous UserGreat services with 7-11 in the hotel. Near to Narita airport with free shuttle bus. However the frequency is not high, especially to Aeon mall but in overall was a pleasant stay.
