The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night.
While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling.
In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation.
I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.
A great value-for-money hotel with a star rating, convenient location and transport links, a garden-style environment, and a special breakfast. Highly recommend.
I stayed one night at the Amira Hotel, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The front desk staff were polite and check-in was very quick. The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities, and the air conditioning worked well. It's also really convenient for finding food and getting taxis around the hotel. If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located hotel, I think this place is a good fit.
The room is very new and clean. The location is also very close to the city center. It is very convenient. The customer service staff greets you with a smile and enthusiastically provides the services you need. It is worth visiting again! ! !
Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays
This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.
The hostel was extended for 3 more days.
I'm doing well after the extension.
I will definitely visit again on my next business trip and trip.
See you again!
I had a very pleasant stay at Amira Hotel Bac Ninh, and I would like to especially thank Anna for her excellent service and warm hospitality.
From check-in to check-out, Anna was attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist. She ensured everything was well arranged and followed up proactively to make sure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.
It is always reassuring to stay at a hotel where the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Thank you, Anna, for your outstanding support. I look forward to staying at Amira again.
The facilities are pretty good, clean and hygienic. It has wooden floors, but no disposable slippers. The room was really spacious; it turned out to be a suite with two separate bedrooms, a hot plate, and a microwave, which made it feel just like home. Breakfast is served on the second floor next door. Initially, I was given a room right next to what looked like rented-out small apartments at the back. After I requested a change, they gave me a room facing the street.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis is a new hotel, and the room still has a noticeable odor. Plus, the windows don't open, which is a downside. The price is also inflated. Only one person at the front desk speaks English, and none speak Chinese. The staff service quality isn't mature yet and doesn't match the price point. Their attitude was okay though.
GGuest UserGreat Stay for Business Travelers
Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day.
The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
星星辰iThe hotel is well located for easy access to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and well maintained facilities. It is especially worth mentioning that the beds are very comfortable and ensure a good quality of sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and responds quickly to my needs. Overall, this stay experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. I suggest addressing these issues promptly to prevent safety hazards! (Forgot to take photos)

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. Downstairs, there were plenty of late-night snacks, barbecue, and karaoke options—everything you could want. The service was excellent; the front desk offered currency exchange at a very fair rate.
The laundry room on the first floor even folded my clothes after washing and drying them.
I went to the restaurant around 10 am, and breakfast had already ended, but the staff still brought me porridge and steamed buns. Thank you!
The prices were slightly higher than in the area, but the service justified it. I would definitely come again.
