Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

The hotel is new and reasonably priced. The staff all speak some English (though not much). Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel bills weren't high. The staff's proactive greeting was a plus, a nice bonus. The location is great, and the area is convenient for dining and shopping. My frustration was that there were four of us on a business trip. I requested a high floor, but my subordinates were all assigned there, while I was assigned a lower floor and a corner room. Fortunately, I didn't mind this too much... I was really speechless. I guess the front desk assumed that the men were the bosses and needed to be accommodated, so the women wouldn't care. 🤦♀️ The breakfast powder was good, and the coffee was also good. 🉑

This was my first time at the Peninsula Hotel in Bac Ninh. It was clean, spacious, and cozy, with modern amenities and facilities. The Chinese-speaking front desk was a breeze, making my trip very convenient. I've been to Bac Ninh several times before, and the overall quality was better than other hotels I've stayed at, offering the best value. I heard that this hotel will soon be adding entertainment options like a karaoke bar and spa, which I'm very excited about. I'll definitely consider this hotel next time I visit.

The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.

Just stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient.

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

Who knows, the hotel experience I stayed in this time was full! I must give a good review! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Hui, the front desk staff, greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly and considerately, and my good impression instantly exploded. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and tidy, and there is no odor in the bathroom. It is cleaned so meticulously that I feel super safe. The breakfast is even more surprising, with hot buns and fried dough sticks, exquisite bread salad, and freshly squeezed juice. The variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose, and every bite is super satisfying. This stay experience is full marks, and I will stay here next time I come here!
