Toilet door lock malfunction (not reported) Iron malfunction (reported several times before got replaced) Balcony cannot be used due to bird's dropping (hazardous) Please remove/check all your xmas decoration and lightings, nephew 4 year old got a shock/ electrocuted (albeit light but still very dangerous) when he touched it on way up the stairs Furnitures outdated

The hotel is strategically located few minutes from a private beach, but actually the beach is not very private. Other people can still have access to it but the beach is clean. The sea water isn't so clear. . Cleanliness of the room is just so so. The tables are dusty, the floor is dusty and there was rubbish from last guest that was not being cleaned up. Pillow is too soft but the liners are clean. View wise is good, facing the sea and a stone away to PD Waterfront.

Staff mostly are polite and kind. Felt welcoming from start parking to check-in and throughout the stay. Room is great. Pool is nice. Kids like it. View is relaxing. Food-wise is nice. Especially the place where you want to rent a bicycle, the staff is so good and kind. My son doesnt know how to ride one, but the staff help out and patiently guide. Goos job. Buggy ride is one convenient ride where you do not need to walk far. Just stay and relax. Will sure be back again.

We stayed in garden chalet. The view is nice and the facilities and room maintenance is old and door and some area are dirty.hope hotel can look into it and keep clean. Although maintenance is old but cleanliness is still very important. The staff is nice and help us arrange our room side by side with our friends.

Staff very friendly. Especially the bellboy was very helpful to us. My mom really enjoyed the seaview and she got healing time. Thank u to the hotel for giving us the corner unit. My kids also love the jakuzi so much. The room very comfortable and nothing to complain about. The seaview is really spectacular. Definitely will come back again.

The check-in was fast and easy, the introductions was clear. The hotel have different buildings and names so I wasn't sure which one I have booked till I reach there. I booked the Grand Lexis Port Dickson so the room is single storey and we have private because there is no window and the only window is from the toilet looking out to the pool. The pool is Within 3 tall walls and the pool is dirty with leaves and bugs. The room have large walking area with 2 big beds and sofa and study area. The toilet is large too, with its own wc area and shower area and big changing area. The wardrobe is connected to the changing area. The toilet window have gaps that lizards came in. There are alot of car park lots right in front of my room but when night comes, it's full, but there are lots in the hotel building too. Breakfast buffet is in the hotel building and there are alot of variety of food. There is a big pool in the hotel building but are crowded. There isn't any shop nearby, there is a small shop in the hotel building but they close early. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to guide us to our room. There are free buggy rides to shuffle people to and fro their rooms to main hotel lobby.
