Few minutes by walk to Taksim Squire great location.Room cleaning were perfect.Near by restaurants, bars, metro station,supeemarkets...
I traveled with my daughter, stayed only one night but when you compare with another small hotels,it's very good by far.In case of very early arrival to hotel like us 08:00 o'clock (because of early land of our airplane)you may leave your luggage at the lobby and still enjoy the city and kind staff at the reception is very helpfull. The price was very economic, new renovated room, new painted and well furnitured.High standard beds, new a/c and a minibar. They take care of your welcome by several bottles of water, tea and coffies together with a kettle.Always hot water in the shower.
We had a good day&night. We'll definately visit again at the future. No need to have another hotel advantures, thats a Very GOOG PLACE.
Thank you for your hospitality.
From another hotel manager in Antalya.
Keep Up The Good Work
I found the staff to be unhelpful and most of them rude. One lovely lady managed the spa, the other lady on the weekends was very blunt and bit rude. Bad experience with restaurant staff, couldn't get order placed, then placed it eventually then waited 20mins....on a coffee and coke! The waiter then walked off again and continued to serve a table of men, tried to get his attention to pay, told him had to go back to pool to my son, that was ok..an hour later I have some ***** man from the restaurant run down to me being aggressive saying I hadn't paid for the drinks! Very very bad set up!
An excellent hotel to fall out of a plane into a bed - walking time from the arrival hall to the hotel's doors is some 10 minutes. We landed 0040 and were in our room at 0130. Breakfast next morning was good - enough food, decent choice and a proper coffee machine. Few minor drawbacks: aircon was faulty (was blowing but not chilling), there was no switch to turn off bathroom ventilation and so it kept howling for the whole night (quite loud I must say) and one of the modes (large upper rainshower) in the fancy Grohe shower didn't work. Exclusively as a gesture of good will I said all that at the checkout next morning (kind of, I just don't care as we're checking out, but the hotel might wish to repair all that for the next guests...), but - surprise! - reception manager started teaching me that I shouild have called for help yesterday (uhuh, at 2 a.m.) and that it wasn't the shower faulty but I was... hmm... unexperienced enough to understand how to switch modes... The talk was probably the most unpleassnt thing of the whole stay.))
The room is in the style of a budget hotel. There is a mosque nearby which is very beautiful at night.
However, the loudspeakers in the mosque are quite noisy during prayer time, and the soundproofing in the room is not very good, so it is easy to be woken up very early.
I had a really good experience with the reception staff during my stay. They were super friendly and made checking in a breeze. It definitely started my trip off on the right foot!On the flip side, the bellboy and the guy at the entrance were a bit clueless. They didn’t offer any help with my luggage, which was kind of a letdown after a long journey. A little assistance would’ve gone a long way!Overall, my stay was pretty decent. The location of the hotel is fantastic—really easy to get to all the cool spots nearby. So while there were some bumps in service, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Location: was not accurately stated in the directions tab, it says that hotel is 3.3km from metro station Yanimahllah, but in fact it is well over 15km and cost if getting to the hotel was much more then it was anticipated.
As a solo business travel I would to add to the fellow travellers to be extra careful In Istanbul because this city is rife with trickery and small criminals they will befriend you nicely but their real aim to defraud you and they could even lunge on you if do not fall into their trap.
Everything was good but I neglected to putting my AirPod into the safe box and unfortunately it is gone ! No one to blame ! Just don’t think you are at the Hilton and it is safe .
Service was good, the staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and variety.
The building needs to be maintained from the outside, it was dusty with some glass windows broken from the outside. The lift while going up or down to and from 10th floor, had a sqeaky sound. When I opened the shower tap, brown water came out, after a minute the color was normal. My sleep was disturbed at night, as the room walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors in the next room. It was noisy.

AAnastasiospapadakisWe truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific:
We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile .
In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient .
As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible .
Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) .
One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work .
We truly loved everything and everyone at the Demiray Hotel and we cannot wait to be back soon .
Sending lots of love from Greece ❤️

GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. It also has airport pick-up service and the sanitation is very good. I originally booked the hotel for two days. After I checked in, I felt it was so good that I extended it for a few more nights.
GGuest UserWe got to the hotel after midnight and was told that the room is flooded and no other room available for now. We were sent to a different hotel and told that they would have a room for us in the morning. They sent us from Crowne Plaza to Ramada (an outrageous downgrade). We slept a few hours at Ramada and checked out and returned to the front desk of Crowne Plaza. The lady at the front desk told us that there were still no room for us and we had to go back to the Ramada again. We told her we would like to speak to her manager, and she said she is the manager. I told her that the arrangement is not acceptable. Finally, she said that a room would be available in 20 minutes. What a ridiculous experience!
DdoudiWe enjoyed staying in G tower with all the facilities that made our holiday great! The staff were helpful and friendly especially Ms Neda. The location is also good for people who doesn't to be in a crowded and noisy area, the hotel was very clean and calm. We'll absolutely come back again!
CCarrie-AnneThe experienced staff were both Friendly and helpful! As I was Traveling late night early morning, I called the hotel for some assistance with a taxi service. They front desk was happy to talk to the driver and even helped me confirm pricing. As a single woman traveling I am wanting to take precautions for my safety. The room was authentic and had a comfortable warmth! The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The location is close to the touristy spots with easy access to public transportation! Travelers be prepared, so many things to see and do-be prepared. I enjoyed the exciting hustle and bustle and with help I found my way on the public ferry to check out the other side for a local experience. I truly enjoyed my stay, Thank you Empire Palace
PPatrick NaturelThe location near Taxim, bus, metro, restaurants ... is pleasant.
The apartments are clear, but the kitchen does not want ... The household is not properly performed.
Do not hesitate to visit several rooms before choosing.
The guests are very friendly.
Ccathywu0323You can take photos on the rooftop of the room. The only problem is that the streets in Turkey are too hilly and it is very difficult to push the luggage even for a short distance.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is close to the attractions. The church, the seaside and the spice market are all within walking distance. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and helped with the suitcases. When I left, I helped to send the suitcases to the taxi location.
FfatinahI paid in advance for 2 nights as I had to check in at 8am on the 2nd day. Considering my booking started the night before, I arrived at the hotel after a long flight, expecting to be able to check in immediately. It ticked me off that the hotel has not prepared my room when I arrived. I was informed to wait for an hour for them to clean. They first blamed me for not telling them that I was checking in late even though I've already paid for the night before 2 weeks in advance. They only apologized when my face started to show annoyance. Granted, they offered to transfer me to another hotel which is around 15min away, but I declined as it was older.
While cleanliness passes the basic checks, the walls are very thin and I could hear a couple doing the deed very loudly (I can still remember the woman ******* like nobody's business and it disturbs me). Not suitable for families with children.
