This hotel is very close to Karon beach, we can walk to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. We stayed in this hotel on a weekend so it is quite crowded during breakfast time and the pool usage rate is quite high here due to multiple water slides and kids pool

Location wise it is excellent as it is close to beach, Bangla road and night market. Room size is good but the sink is in the middle of the room that may make floor wet sometimes. This hotel consists 3 or more buildings connected together. Most of the rooms (except some with balcony) do not have view (not even street view) and there is no natural light comes into the room that is not good. The housekeeping is ok but sometimes they come quite late such as 4 pm. That staffs at front desk is good and they responded to the problems that I reported quite fast. The amenities are very good too.

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. The reception was excellent, particularly thanks to some of the staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I didn’t have to do a thing! I’ll definitely return and recommend it to my friends. My time in Phuket was wonderful. I particularly want to highlight Wu Yanzhu from the staff; he was very helpful and multilingual, which made communication effortless. Overall, the hotel is outstanding! I rate it a perfect 10/10!

I think this hotel was a little underwhelming, unfortunately my experience isn’t how it’s being marketed. It’s okay but not exactly somewhere you can ‘retreat’. The location is good, next to a 7/11 and they offer free shuttles to the beach. The room is quite clean but they have a drainage problem. The room has a strong sewage smell which they try to mask with essential oils. The facilities also didn’t live up to expectations, I didn’t see any morning exercise classes and the pool “bar” was practically empty. Half way through my stay they started doing renovations in the daytime (10-4) which is quite distracting. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud during the day speaking to each other across the hallway. I did enjoy their breakfast, I think it had a wide range and was worth it. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The room was decent, albeit very old. There was a bird right outside my window that kept me up all night. Nice balcony, but there is a large gap at the bottom of the sliding doors where bugs can get in. Beautiful pool! but too small for so many guests. Very close to the main strip in Rawai which is nice, but not close to a beach you can swim in. Overall very nice if you are not a beach person.

Nice hotel. Perfect location, 1 block from the beach and close to OTOP Plaza, where there are lots of bars & restaurants. Rooftop pool is amazing, rooms were comfortable and bed was quite soft by Thai standards. Bathroom was a little bit small, but shower was strong and hot.

Our family recently stayed at begonia N7 Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the holiday required amenities you could ask for, including a private pool, kitchen, and especially washing machine, which is very rare in Phuket yet so convenient for hot Thai weather. The outdoor areas were equally impressive, with lush gardens, sun loungers, and breathtaking views. We especially loved the peace and privacy the villa offered, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the space, and the concierge service was always available to help with any requests or to arrange activities. The location was ideal—close enough to explore nearby attractions like Chalong temple, big Buddha Rawai seafood market and beautiful Ya Nui family snorkelling and sun set beach, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Also highly recommended ask Demi book a car for the day, you see lots more places. (8 hours around $2800 Thai barlt). Whether you’re here for a romantic escape or a family vacation, begonia N7 Villa offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

DDariaVery friendly and homely hotel. Excellent location. The staff is just great. Delicious breakfasts. There are some minor minuses, but the pluses outweigh them all. We had a family vacation with a child. Everyone was happy. The staff did not need to be reminded of anything, as is the case in most hotels. Bed linen, towels, and all the accessories for the child were already there upon check-in. We lived in two different rooms: a regular one with a view of the pool and one with access to the pool. We liked both options.

AAmir JamaliWe stayed at Phuket Graceland Resort for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of local attractions. The facilities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

SSamuel HandWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and loved playing in the 'Kids World'. The facilities are excellent, for example there is a good-sized gym with plenty of equipment, and a restaurant with lots of choice. The breakfast is delicious. I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is also only a short walk away from the beach. In the interest of balance, I would just like to mention a few things that could be improved upon. 1. The room did not look like the advertisement photos on the booking website. The staff were very helpful and added some things to make it a closer resemblance. However, the photo of the one bedroom family suite shows lots of toys and extra items in the room that are in fact not included. There is a bunk bed and a kids tent. 2. The local area is quite expensive. Due to there being no 7 eleven nearby and the northern part of Kamala being quite relaxed, the prices of things in the local shops are pretty high. I would advise to get a ride to the nearest 7 eleven as soon as you arrive and stock up on supplies! These 2 things are small in comparison to the great things this hotel has to offer. We had an amazing time. We want to thank the staff for a lovely holiday!

IIvan KraljEven if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature). While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order. But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny. Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.” After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime. This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol. I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high? In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out. I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average. P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

GGuest UserRoom is ok and breakfast is nice with wide variety, but my partner reported that there are many fruit flies at the fruit area. Hotel location is walking distance to Bangla Road (if you are not lazy with a bit of walking), otherwise need to pay 200 baht for Tuktuk to Bangla Road.

TTwinkletoesA beautiful and small resort. Very quiet, yet very family friendly. Highly recommended if tranquility is your thing. Perfect for my partner and me. However, you might want to consider the lack of variety in dining options. Two out of the three restaurants offer the same menu, which can get repetitive after a few days, although the food is delicious. Housekeeping can be a bit unpredictable with their timings. Also, watch out for the prices of water. It's a peculiar review. If you seek relaxation and nothing more, then this resort is ideal — it boasts a stunning beach with the perfect view of a Thai sunset. Lovely facilities and welcoming staff. But if you desire a diverse range of Thai cuisine and cultural experiences, it may be better to opt for a location closer to the city.

IIden CeeThis is a review I would have wanted to see before going. Let’s start with the good: the resort is stunning. Very aesthetically pleasing the lights trees and structure. The resort is big so they have pretty little cold carts to take you around the resort that are on call by simply dialing reception. The staff is responsive which is a perk and everyone smiles and is kind. The attitude is a huge plus. You will like that. Now the bad: it will shock you how quickly the room will become completely wet if you turn off the air conditioning. Unfortunately the AC is turned on super low meaning ice cold. As a result difficult to stay in the room without a sweater and socks. The bathtub also wasn’t working properly (drainage) therefore after freezing at night can’t exactly heat up from a nice steamy bath. The shower is okay though If you learn the dials. So I opted for long hot showers but the bathtub was part of my rest time and couldn’t do it. There was no compensation for this events but The staff did offer to change the room but the only available room was deep down on one of the ground floors with not much light and lots of stairs and no view. I opted out of it. The beach: You should know if you think the beach is connected to the resort it isn’t. You’ll have to exit the resort and cross the road to get there. Make sure you carry shoes as it’s a rough sand beach. It’s not the smooth white sand beach I somehow thought it would be but it’s fairly on the cleaner side in comparison to others. If white find sand clean beaches are what you want this isn’t it. The beach is nice to look at from the room though. There is no free minibar etc like other five star restaurants offer so prepare for that. As it’s a resort it will also cost much more than a normal shop. So here is an honest review. Really nice staff, pretty views. Facilities are okay like casa boho was a nice bar. This is what I wish I read before going so I prepare my mind: I left earlier because I just couldn’t relax like I had hoped. Enjoy!!

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

WWaraporn ChueakaewI recently had the pleasure of staying at Kalima Resort & Spa in Phuket, and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort's stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens created a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. My villa was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a private pool and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. The resort's facilities were top-notch, including a fitness center, spa, and several dining options. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide range of international and Thai dishes. Kalima Resort & Spa is conveniently located near Patong Beach and other popular attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Phuket. Overall, I highly recommend Kalima Resort & Spa for its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning surroundings.
