Fantastic location and service was excellent. This hotel is so comfortable and the gym and swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great too. There is also a bridge linking the hotel to the mall Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Korat

The hotel has a very good view and is super comfortable. The room is big and clean. The spa is absolutely the best! Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Had a great one night stay for passing through town. Amber parking with security. Not accessible to foods or other amenities. You’ll definitely need car or means of transportation to access foods. Otherwise be sure to buy your food in advance if planning to eat at hotel. Will definitely stay here again in near future. Only recommended to stay here if you have transportation. Quick checked in and great services!

The room was lovely, and our request for a good view was fulfilled. The staff kindly brought the baby crib up to the second floor, and we got great use out of it. Our child slept wonderfully, with plenty of room to move around! The only things missing were a baby pillow and some cute stuffed animals. The swimming pool is truly perfect for young children, though there were quite a few insects. The bathroom's cleanliness and amenities were acceptable. There are nice photo spots for guests who prefer to stay on-site. For those who venture out, ample and suitable parking is available. It was a bit puzzling that hand towels or hair towels were not provided. However, they did offer two pillows per person, which was a nice touch.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience. The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

The hotel is quite popular with tourists as it is located very near the Pavilion Save One Night Market. The hotel room is very large with a separate shower and toilet. Shared parking area with Grand Residence Hotel.

Highly recommend this resort in KY to everyone. We stayed in the beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool. My family enjoyed our stay. It was a great retreat. Breakfast in the villa itself by the pool (and even in the pool) was so memorable. Could have stayed for a few more days!!!

U Khao Yai is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, surrounded by stunning natural views, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast and food offerings are delicious, though halal options are limited to fruits, vegetables, seafood, rice, and eggs, which may feel restrictive for some. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a quiet, rejuvenating retreat with a few minor limitations for halal diners. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility!

Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .
