Pros: * Excellent location, within walking distance of Saphan Lek. * Good variety for breakfast. Mixed/Neutral Points: * The front desk staff were helpful, but during breakfast, staff members were often absent from their stations, requiring waits, for example, at the egg station. * The bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: * The shower temperature was incredibly difficult to regulate, constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Additionally, there were black mold stains in the bathroom. * The room was very small and lacked soundproofing. We could constantly hear people walking past our door, which happened frequently due to the hotel's small, courtyard-style layout. * The air conditioning was hard to control; it was either too warm or, once adjusted, became excessively cold with a strong, direct draft onto the bed. * Both the gym and the library were extremely small.

It feels like being in a secret place in the rainforest. The accommodation by the Kanchanaburi River in December is very comfortable. Riding a scooter for five days, enjoying the scenery of Kanchanaburi and cruising the River Kwai, this hotel, which is two kilometers away from the main entrance, is also a highlight.

What I liked: 1. The reception staff were truly exceptional and incredibly service-minded. I can't praise them enough; they were definitely the highlight of my entire stay. 2. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a pleasant overall ambiance. 3. The evening restaurant served delicious food, and the prices were quite reasonable considering its remote location away from the city. What I didn't like: 1. The internet, which is a crucial utility these days, was absolutely terrible. On a scale of 1-10, I wouldn't even give it a 0; it was a solid -10. It was a massive waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. Despite calling for assistance 2-3 times, the issue was never resolved during my entire 3-night stay. I was utterly displeased. 2. Our room was situated too close to the restaurant, and the constant thumping bass music until 10 PM was incredibly annoying and disruptive. 3. While the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, personally, I found the quality and taste to be quite subpar. 4. It would be highly beneficial if the restaurant had air conditioning, as it felt very stuffy and warm, especially during the hot season. Conclusion: In summary, if I were asked whether I would return to stay here again or recommend it to others, my answer would be a resounding no.

Beautiful hotel on the river, the room is clean. I ordered a la carte food for dinner, it's not expensive. Breakfast was served cold-egg, salad and sausages. There is no tea or juice, there is only coffee. Entertainment options include slides, kayaks, and catamarans. The kayaks were not distributed among the rooms, whoever took them first went for a ride, a Thai family lived in front of us, they took them for themselves. The view of the river is very beautiful.

The hotel is spacious and relatively quiet, boasting a large swimming pool and a good variety of rooms. Traveling with family, we opted for a large suite. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The main points for improvement would be the lack of warm water and the rather noisy air conditioning. Despite these minor issues, it offered good value for money.

Very well kept hotel, on a quiet road very neat the Kwai bridge. Pleasant helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Taxi outside entrance. Room roomy and clean comfortable bed. Plenty of eating places near. Enjoyed out 2 night stay. Would recommend.

The room is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the room looks very luxurious. There are complete facilities. There is 1 ice bottle provided. The room has a disadvantage that the bathroom lights are like not enough power, will be bright, some other things are lacking, can inform the staff. Good service staff Like this time, I went to travel with Friends and shabu grilled pork to eat together. The accommodation will have an electric grilled pork stove, plates, spoons and wires. We just prepared what we want to eat. In the morning, there will be staff to collect the equipment we have finished eating and go back by ourselves. Ready to serve breakfast. Overall for me and my friends Considered okay P.S. The accommodation has many activities to play.

Absolutely beautiful location and incredible scenery on the river. Spacious rooms with everything you need, and terrace with seating to sit outside by the water is amazing. Restaurant serves excellent food and drinks, with a lot of choice in both, including a good choice at the buffet breakfast too. The real charm in this place is the fantastic service by all of the staff - very friendly, helpful and genuine. We left knowing we will visit again. 100% recommend.

Traveling with friends but it's rainy so we stay longer and enjoy the facility. Amazed with the place, and love it. We play at the pools (yes, more than 1 pool) and continue taking pictures at the river. Well, everything was so good, but the fly at the resto during breakfast. Probably, because it is the rainy season, but I believe technology can answer. Got lost at night on the way to the resort since Google Map sent us at the wrong track just next to the entrance. It was scary and dangerous. Hope it can be fixed?
