"The lady at the front desk was very kind, and the hotel's location is excellent with a sea view. The rooms are clean and tidy, with great attention to hygiene details, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the public areas are organized. The staff overall provides warm and thoughtful service. It's just a short walk to the beach and commercial area. My friends and I had a fantastic stay; the sea view is expansive and pleasant, and it offers great value for money."

"Perfect location on the sea front, easy parking outside the hotel with a parking voucher from reception. Check in was easy and straight forward. King room, large and spacious for two of us. Room was clean, tidy and fresh, amazing side views of the beach and sea from the balcony. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything you need from a hotel room. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, self serve buffet. Nothing negative to report. If we needed to stay in the area again, this would be my first choice of hotel."

"Definitely the best place to stay in Eastbourne! I highly recommend people to stay at Osborne Aparthotel. I and my family (4 of us) enjoyed every single second of our stay there. The location is in between a college and the beach, and the shopping centre isn't far either, yet the area is calm and away from crowds. So we had no disturbance when we're having a rest. There's a free parking space along the road opposite of the hotel. The entrance is a welcoming sloping surface down to a reception, surrounded by plants, looks so cute. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. They gave me a check-in form to fill in and 2 cards as a key to our room. They have a lift to take us to 3rd floor. The room is the ultimate of it all. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of freshness hit my face. The towels smell so clean. The amenities in our room are all high standard and modern. It seems carefully designed, not only perfect choice of quality but also functional in every bit of it. They provide 2 comfy double beds, air conditioner, free WiFi, big wall-mounted TV screen with Netflix, reading lights, wardrobe, drawers, dining table and 4 chairs, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, plates, bowls, cups, highball glasses, washing liquid with sponge, dish drainer, flannels, fridge, washer dryer, bins, long handled dustpan and brush, iron and iron board, hair dryer. And I was speechless with the bathroom. My kids jumped to the bed, I jumped to have a long shower. That's how good the bathroom is! You need to experience it yourself. I was tempted to stay longer because of this aparthotel, more than the Eastbourne itself. It really made you feel comfortable and relaxed. That's all what you want when you're staying away from home for holidays. When we go to Eastbourne, we will definitely choose Osborne Aparthotel again. Thank you!"

"This was a last minute booking as we were stranded with cancelled trains. Service was friendly and very good. Room was clean though there was a missing piece of carpet in room 19 by the radiator and the chair in the room needed throwing out. A very strong smell of **** outside of room 19, I presume someone was smoking in one of the nearby rooms which wasn’t pleasant. Shower curtain was moldy in room 110 but the beds were decent and quite comfortable. Lots of bedding and towels provided and tea/coffee well stocked. Bunk bed frame in family room 110 was very squeaky and kept us up. And wall outside of the bathroom had a massive crack up it and ceiling stained with unsightly brown marks. Overall not bad considering we were stranded and options were minimal."

"I had a good night stay,room was spacious and clean,fine breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.Hotel is bit dated as most of the budget seaside hotels in uk and might need bit of refurb but it still absolutely fine for few night in.Point down is for not working lifts,especially for lots of elderly people staying in and struggled to get up the stairs.As i heard from people around it wasn't fixed for few days or weeks which is quite bad."

"Upgraded to a suite, instantly felt refreshed by the sea breeze and ocean views. The spacious room with high ceilings was a perfect stress-reliever after work. The old-money-style bathroom was especially impressive. A truly wonderful choice for a relaxing getaway."

"Probably the best hotel in Eastbourne, it has an old and classy feel to it. The rooms are decorated in a very European style and are very beautiful, with free mineral water, and a nesperesso capsule coffee machine. Eastbourne is a quiet town, the hotel is across the road to the sea, perfect for a 2-3 day seaside vacation here. Then no time to stay only one night, a bit regretful. Oh by the way, the bellman at the front desk was a cute old man with a very good service attitude. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a la carte + a small amount of buffet. The cutlery is all available, and the restaurant environment is unusually elegant. I didn't even dare to speak loudly to have breakfast here. Really good hotel, booked three months in advance for the price of 1900, value for money, lucky to stay one night, will always remember."

"Grand hotel on the sea front. We had a sea-view room with balcony which was very large and newly decorated, but the absence of any pictures or wall art made the room feel a bit stark. By comparison the bathroom was quite small and felt very cramped. Comfortable bed and seating, so all was absolutely fine for our one night stay. Enjoyed our breakfast in the formal dining room overlooking the sea front."
