Good location if you need walking distance from Moskovsky railway station. The theater starts with a coat rack, and the hotel - with a reception. The first thing you will meet is a rude, unsmiling, unfriendly receptionist: it feels like you owed him, and our presence became a burden (not a smile, not politeness - complete disgust for this). Room: comfortable room, good equipment (clean bed, good towels, slippers, kitchen equipment, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, iron, hanger, ironing board), - everything is clean and convenient, comfortable for a short stay. Breakfasts: they are there, but not varied (for three breakfasts - the menu was unchanged); breakfasts are implemented on the basis of a Georgian restaurant - you come, say the room number, get 2 dishes to choose from + a drink. You can eat, tasty, but monotonous. Room cleaning: no improvement was done; a lot of garbage in a couple of days; towels were not changed; towels were dried on a built-in electric dryer. For business trips/visits to the city for a couple of days it will do. I recommend it, but with the flaws described above

The service was impeccable! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone helped me open the car door and carry my luggage; I didn't have to lift a finger. The room had a Baidu smart speaker, making voice control of the lights and air conditioning super convenient. The bathroom had great water pressure, and hot water came out quickly, making for a super relaxing hot shower. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, so catching my train is no problem – fantastic!

I really liked everything. The apartment is very clean, everything you need is there, and you can cook in your room. The staff is very friendly, and the location is convenient—you can walk or drive to almost anywhere you need to go. We highly recommend it 👍🏼

As of October 10, 2025, booking a room on an Android phone didn't indicate a per-person fee (iOS does). This meant we had to pay for our children, even without breakfast (3,500 rupees for a 6-year-old and 7,000 rupees for a 9-year-old). We've already reported this to Ctrip (Figure 1 shows the receipt). We agree to the hotel's policy, but the fact that it wasn't clearly stated during booking and they asked for extra money on the spot was a poor experience. This is different from Chinese customs, so everyone should be aware. I accidentally booked a non-cancellable hotel, but it was beyond my expectations. The room was large and airy. There were activities in the atrium but the soundproofing was very good. The front desk spoke Chinese. Although we communicated in English at first, they later told us some things about our stay in Chinese. No other fees were charged. A proof of residence was available. The internet speed was very good. I highly recommend it! ! It's very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a big golden apple next to the train station. There is a bus station downstairs and many supermarkets on the street.

If I go to St. Petersburg again, I will still choose this hotel. The transportation is very convenient. The airport comes out to be 39 and sells tickets. Иногда готовили сами в номере.В связи с этим пожелание - добавить пару кастрюлек поменьше, а то всего одна большая. А так все замечательно - новая мебель, тихо, удобно. Можем посоветовать останавливаться в этом Апарт-Отеле.

The hotel is right off Nesna Street, a short walk from several major churches, especially Kazan and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, which are less than ten minutes away. The Mariinsky Theatre is also just over half an hour away, though the road can be covered in ice and snow in winter, making it easy to slip or step into the mud. The hotel is small, and the elevator is incredibly small; a large person could easily fill it up. However, the boutique rooms are spacious and have high ceilings, making them very comfortable. The rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast is quite good. The front desk staff speaks excellent English and are very helpful, answering every question. It's a very pleasant experience. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Russia.

Очень отзывчивые только некоторые сотрудники, дядя Нодар носильщик, прекрасный рассказчик истории о СПб в одном лице, отзывчивые портер Аюбжон, ресепшн Дарья, в СПА салоне Катерина, массажистка Анастасия, все прекрасные работники, дай Бог им здоровья, что нельзя сказать о ресепшн Елене, похоже она своим холодом весь Питер охлаждает, 20 лет путешествую, побывал в более чем 20 ти странах, а во многих по 2-3 раза а такой сотрудницы ресепшн встретил в первый раз, для которой сделать своё дело как будто корабль в космос запустить, ни сдачи у неё нет, позвонить менеджеру низзя, заказать трансфер бизнес класса за сутки уже поздно, вообщем в Питер я никогда в жизни не вернусь, кроме этой Елены много холодных женщин в городе встретил, не хочется вспоминать противные моменты, быстрее хотелось свалить-улететь с этого холодного города, хотя город имеет многогранную и многовековую историю, Прощай Питер.
