Great location, easy parking. It's right next to Oldtown White Coffee, and just a short walk to Family Mart, Mr DIY, and Eco Shop... Also close to Bentong Farm. Excellent location 👍👍👍

Stayed for one night… The room was spacious and had no carpet, but slippers were provided for use inside the room. Breakfast was okay — plenty of choices. The only downside was the parking ramp, which was very narrow. It’s fine for small cars, but for SUVs or MPVs, it takes quite some effort to maneuver. You can see a lot of paint marks on the sides of the ramp — probably from cars that scraped against it 😅

Great service and hospitality with beautiful view during sunset❤️ Convenient to find for food till night, decent breakfast too. Chilled and breeze during the night time for this season (now). Need shuttle bus and hotel for transportation arrangement if you have no own transportation to visit more places. Would like to visit again for a stay😊

Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was an amazing experience! Excellent service, fresh air, and plenty of relaxing activities, we even joined a yoga class. It’s a great place to unwind and escape from the city. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and there was even a cute staff member who volunteered to help us take photos — his photography skills were great! Everything was perfect, we’ll definitely come again!

We chose Japamala Tioman for our wedding anniversary and this boutique resort did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the time we were picked up at the ferry terminal at Kampung Genting until the time we left. Kudos to the manger Kenny and his team for their hospitality in making our anniversary memorable. Food was in general above average (dessert was fantastic) and some dishes were a bit salty as we don’t consume too salty food in our diet. We gave feedback and to our surprise the staff took it seriously as our subsequent dishes served weren’t as salty. The rooms are clean and the sea view fantastic, allowing us to take in the magnificent sunset views every evening. Not much to do, as this resort is more for guest to disconnect. Hiking to Batu Permata and to Kampung Genting was doable. Canoeing and snorkelling by the resort was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Japamala!

A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located accommodation with friendly service and incredible views, look no further—you’ve found the perfect place! Highly recommend!

We had a room on the 28th floor and were impressed: genuinely large, modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, and all amenities provided (kettle, safe, ironing board, etc.). The highlight is definitely the view: on clear moments you’re floating above a sea of clouds with green hills and lakes below – absolutely stunning. On cloudy days (which is most of the time in Genting) you just see white, but when the clouds part it’s worth it. Small downsides: • The TV was disappointing – only the built-in local channels worked reliably. Couldn’t log into Netflix, YouTube, or any streaming apps. Transport info (important!): • Hotel shuttle runs only to/from SkyAvenue (casino & main resort area), NOT to the Premium Outlets. • Costs 6–7 RM per person per trip (not free). • Must be booked online in advance using the QR code they give you at check-in. Runs hourly, limited seats – book a few hours ahead, especially for the return leg. • From Awana Bus Terminal there is no hotel shuttle at all – take a taxi/Grab (≈25–30 RM, 25-30 mins). Food: We didn’t take the breakfast package. Cloof restaurant downstairs is convenient, but not too many options. In room dining available 24/7 but noticeably overpriced. Verdict: Still one of the best newer hotels in Genting if you want space, cleanliness, and those occasional jaw-dropping views. Perfect if you don’t mind the short paid shuttle into the main action. Would definitely return.

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...

A simple hotel that has clean rooms. There are F&B nearby. The shower water pressure is low. Good for an overnight stop.
