Basic room with all the necessary things. Bed is a little bit hard and dust was present on almost every surface but bathroom was cleaned and I was impressed by the amount of goodies they provided. Good option on a budget

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Great location - connected to the airport - an easy walk. Property is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and service was decent.

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

A temporary hotel for the airport. The hotel is 4 kilometers away from the airport. It takes 10 minutes to get there by taxi (50-60 pesos). It is suitable for people who are going to the airport the next day. The room is relatively small, with a 1.5-square-foot bed and breakfast. The morning is OK. I forgot to take a photo of the room, but I took a photo of the breakfast.

The environment is very good, the location is also very good, very quiet. The overall supporting facilities are very good, there is a restaurant and bar downstairs, the bar is open until very late, there is also parking service, the check-in experience is very good.

Located inside terminal 1, Hilton hotel at Mexico City airport is agreed choice for travelers. The rooms are great. Hotel restaurant offers delicious meals
