Hotels With Wifi in Federal District, Mexico

I’ve been staying in this hotel a couples of times and I always have a comfortable staying

Originally booked a ONEHOTEL, I felt bad at the hotel lobby, and I retired to book this. Very good, in the city center, easy access. Will stay next time.

The room is very satisfied, the room is relatively large, there are windows, the air is good, the toilet shower is separated, hot water and coffee are provided, there is a 24-hour front desk service, the service staff is very good, can provide many useful information, the attitude is also very good, very familiar with the local food and drink traffic, We gave us very good suggestions. One day we opened the window and came in with a lot of mosquitoes. The front desk provided an electric mosquito repellent. There is no place to put things in the shower, there are few countertops in the room, we unloaded the drawer of the writing desk as a countertop

The price, location and cleanliness were perfect! The room was amazingly clean and I didn’t really expect there was a nice hot shower but the shower was perfect! I will stay in this hotel again when I come back to Mexico!!

The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, but it was a pity that the hot water supply was interrupted. Everything else was good!

El más pésimo servicio al cliente , me encontraba enfermo del estomago y a pesar de faltar solo una hora para mi ingreso y tener habitación disponible no me dieron la llave hasta las 3pm , ni las cadenas más reconocidas te hacen esperar si tienen habitaciones disponibles especialmente si estas enfermo

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

The room price is really expensive, but the space is large and the windows are big. The only drawback is that the WIFI is really bad. Even when I connected to the free WIFI in the city, it worked better than the hotel WIFI.

Nice hotel and very centrally located. Each day I had to to get the key reactivated by going to reception which was a bit annoying but everything else was good

Location is amazing! Old catholic cathedral just in front of it, 2 min to Maya museum, 1-2 min to stores, 30 sec to tour bus stop, 10 min to bar streets. Not bad breakfast, like a bonus - nice bar on rooftop. Friendly and helpful stuff. A room is not so clean, no outside windows, you can feel a lack of air a little, but there is a fan in a room. Hot water, locker. What else do you need for such price)) oh, there is a public kitchen, public coffee maker and fridge are available.
