The room was very spacious, offering a fantastic ocean view. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation and a bathtub, contributing to the overall generous feel of the space. We stayed on the 10th floor, but higher floors are available for an additional fee. The hotel boasts several restaurants, various brand shops, a 7-Eleven, and even a sauna. You don't even need to leave the premises for a comfortable and convenient stay. Getting around from the hotel is also very convenient. While the price was a bit on the higher side, everything else was impeccable.

The beds are very inconfortable, and for shower they give you two simple hair towel for two days. The front desk is never there. The breakfast lady is so nice and accomoding but the breakfast in istelf is too pricey (see the pictures below) for what it is. Those have nothing to do with the pictures you seen online or at the hôtel . Convenient for the bus and Olle Market entrance 5 You can use tbe laundry room only if you have a credit card.

## Pros: The location is superb, directly across from the beach and a bustling fish market. The ocean view rooms offer unparalleled views. Public transportation is also very convenient, with bus routes 101 and 201 making it easy to reach any destination. While there are many dining options nearby, not many are particularly good. However, Haenyeo Bibimbap was the standout among the popular (or 'internet-famous') eateries. ## Cons: The room size and facilities are average and feel a bit dated. For a hotel claiming four stars, it's nowhere near the standard of a domestic 'Quanji' (All Seasons) hotel. They are very strict about the number of guests allowed. We booked an ocean view room with a double and single bed for two adults and one child. Since this exceeded their two-person occupancy limit, we had to pay an extra 10,000 (presumably KRW) per night for the child. Other policies are quite standard for hotels overseas: check-in is strictly at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Late check-out incurs hourly charges, and staying past 2 PM will result in being charged for an entire additional night. Furthermore, they don't provide any disposable amenities, such as slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or body lotion. And no umbrellas are available for guests to borrow.

The room was very clean and in a good location. I didn't stay in a room with an ocean view this time, but the room opposite should be facing the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach and there is a good cafe next to it for breakfast. Many people are running in the morning. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Dongmen Market. It is also very close to Pork Street. There is a parking lot in the basement and a gym on the first floor. The swimming pool is not suitable for use until 3 pm.

Our second stay and I would love to return again It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful. Clean, nice, heated pool. Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient. The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there. As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view. The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view. There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building. The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube. Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

The location is truly excellent. You can walk downstairs directly to the beach – not a typical swimming beach, but a sandbar in the middle of the sea that you can easily wade out to. The bed was far too soft; I felt like I was sinking into it. The room gave off the vibe of a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, and it would probably be considered even lower-tier in Korea. However, its main advantage is its affordability. It was reasonably clean, though I did bring disposable sheets for extra peace of mind and even covered the hotel sofa with them (which was also great for drying clothes without getting the sofa wet!). My daughter, though, did mention a strange smell from the drain, but I didn't personally detect it. We chose a corner room with a sea view. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quite popular with Koreans. In the evenings, you'll often see locals enjoying beer and fried chicken right on the curbside. Going downstairs early in the morning, the entire beach felt like it was all ours – completely deserted.

We were warmly welcomed by a lady staff member with a sweet, cheerful smile, and were able to check in early before the official check-in time. Our room came with a balcony offering a full ocean view, which was beautiful. However, the room itself was quite old, with an outdated design. Only reusable slippers were provided instead of disposable ones. The bed was too bouncy, and we could feel the springs inside. The pillows were also too thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast had a very limited selection, though the taste was acceptable. The hotel is nicely located right in front of the ocean, with a spacious open area across the road where locals set up camps and jog along the seaside. We also saw some locals playing basketball at the large court nearby. A special mention to the staff who helped us order fried chicken delivery — he kindly recommended popular local choices, and we really appreciated his help. If the hotel improves the room quality and comfort, it would be a perfect place to stay.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the airport; our group shared a larger taxi which cost 20,000 KRW to get us there. Hailing a taxi at the airport is very convenient – you just cross a small road outside, and you can quickly find one. The hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Downstairs, you'll find various restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Baojian Road Pedestrian Street is just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is situated directly above Lotte Duty Free, with the lobby on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Breakfast is an optional extra, and you can purchase it day by day. We tried it for one day but then decided it wasn't great value for money, so we opted not to continue. A convenience store downstairs provided perfectly adequate breakfast options instead. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is quite shallow and costs extra (12,000 KRW per person, same price for adults and children). The kids really enjoyed playing in it. The room wasn't huge, but the space was well-utilized, and it came with all the expected amenities, including a bathtub. When it was time to leave, the staff on the ground floor helped us call a taxi, and we reached the airport quickly. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

GGuest UserI booked a standard single room. It felt like the room was a little small, but it was spacious enough to stay for one person. There was everything you needed. I went to Jeju just for a walk, ‘Olle Tracking’. The reason I chose this hotel is because this place was within walking distance of Olle 1, 2, and 3 courses. The other thing is that they had very different kinds of stores, so you didn’t need to go outside for food. This time I finished only the 2nd course, but the wind and bad weather made it hard for me to finish. But even though it was hard for me, I was happy with it. Next time I’m trying to decide to finish 1 and 3 courses, I wish it was good weather at that time.

Ddaisy9191This hotel truly defies description. On the surface, the exterior is absolutely fine – modern, grand, and beautiful. The pool was also quite decent. BUT!!! For a hotel costing 2,000-3,000 RMB a night, I could almost overlook the absence of breakfast and a sea view. However, the bathroom was an absolute disaster. Honestly, it's worse than a 200 RMB budget hotel back home. There was a filthy glass door, grime in every nook and cranny, and even the white mugs in the minibar had tea stains! If it weren't for the endless positive reviews on Xiaohongshu (XHS), I genuinely would not have chosen this hotel. Compared to the Shilla Hotel next door, the hygiene is appalling!!! And the service is dreadful!!! If you're just looking for photo opportunities and a 'pretty picture' for your social media, then by all means, go. But if you're hoping to truly relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday, I absolutely do NOT recommend it!

__WeChat291282****The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; if we needed anything, we could communicate with them as they spoke a little English. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and provided excellent service. Check-in was very smooth; we only needed to present the passport of the person who made the booking, and they clearly confirmed all our details. The hotel's location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right across the street with direct buses to Dongmun Market! The Zhongyuan restaurant next door (red sign) serves delicious Jjajangmyeon and Sweet and Sour Pork. Right next to it, the 24-hour pork bone soup place (white sign) is also worth trying. Both offer generous portions at very reasonable prices. The staff at the 7-Eleven convenience store on the second floor were also very friendly, and you can even use your Korean transit card there.

FFENGYIThe Tht First 70 Hotel boasts incredibly convenient transportation. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find bus stops with various routes that can take you anywhere you wish to go. The surrounding area is also dotted with numerous land art installations, making it an excellent spot for photos. Olle Market's #7 entrance is just around the corner from the hotel, and during our 6-day, 5-night stay, exploring it truly became a daily routine for us. This hotel is an excellent accommodation choice, especially for independent travelers.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was seamless: The hosts, a wonderful couple, were excellent. They clearly explained all the property's requirements and patiently answered every question we had. The area itself is very quiet and safe; you can wake up to watch the sunrise and enjoy leisurely strolls along the seaside promenade. All the amenities in the house worked perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower boasted great water pressure. Just a heads-up: disposable toiletries like toothbrushes aren't provided, so remember to bring your own. Also, you'll need to ask the hosts daily for fresh towels. And no exaggeration, the cleanliness was impeccable – it was absolutely spotless! 😂 The place is cleaned meticulously, with a deep clean likely performed around 2 PM, but guests are expected to take out their own trash.

GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained. However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.
