Close to the station, convenient transportation, supermarkets, large shopping malls, food centers nearby, cheap hotel breakfast, microwave oven at the elevator entrance for guests to reheat
, I will stay in this hotel again next time.
Location
3-5 minutes walk from Tokuyama Station.
There was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient!
Room
It was a comfortable room with the usual Route Inn quality, and it was clean and tidy!
Public bath
There were only three washing areas, so it was a bit crowded. However, it's nice to have a public bath in a business hotel (^^)
I'll definitely use it again when I go to Tokuyama!
I was sorry that the water flow in the toilet was bad!
It seems that there was no restaurant near the hotel.
There is no particular problem if you just stay
Always a good stay here at the Green Rich hotel, nice bath area for guests to enjoy and breakfast if your reservation includes it. One issue that I deal with is their branded shaving razors, they are extremely sharp and I got cut by them a few times. One was bad enough that it took off a whole layer of skin and I had to wear a bandaid on my chin for a couple days, so be very careful. (I have utilized many disposable razors before)
There was a feeling of cleanliness and the room was independent, so I was able to stay very comfortably without worrying about the sound next door. I would like to use it again.
1 very good dinner & breakfast for my good experince *yummy food*,
2 the hotel & room decoration is modern, clean & clear
3 the writing activites was quite good for first time family activity *the teacher is very good smiles & patience
4 services was no more complain and everthing helpful
5 last the onsen not big enough ”litte bit small”
My mother passed away, and on the day of the wake,
we came from Hiroshima to stay here as a family.
My daughters said it was a nice hotel and loved it. They ate a lot at breakfast and were happy that there was rice and bread available.
I think it was good that we could relax in the hotel amidst our grief. Thank you very much.
It was a good value for money. The view was also very satisfying with the sea view. It was old because it was an old building, but I could feel the old beauty of Japan. Best!

Amazing
LlwwbYou need to get a ticket for the hotel breakfast the day before check-in, otherwise you won't have a seat for breakfast the next day. The occupancy rate of this hotel is quite high. It is located 2 minutes from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, which is very convenient for taking the Shinkansen! The mattress is Serta, very soft and very comfortable to sleep on! You can store your luggage at this hotel without the front desk, because there is a locker at the entrance of the hotel. You can put your luggage in it, set your favorite password, and then remember it. You can pick up your luggage at any time without disturbing the front desk. It's very convenient! This is definitely a plus and worth learning for all hotels👍
CCurious TravellerUnbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition.
The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle.
Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)?
My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call).
Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen.
Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.
GGuest UserIchinomata Onsen Grand Hotel offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. Set in a beautiful location, it features traditional Japanese architecture and onsen (hot spring) facilities that provide a perfect way to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!
GGuest UserBeautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.
GGuest UserThis place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
GGuest UserThis was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option.

ここーじまるThe hotel's exterior was gorgeous, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast menu was extensive, so I was able to spend a very meaningful time there. It was also a hotel that made me want to stay there again if I come to Yamaguchi.
