2 hotels in one (Relax and Atlas) which belong to the Royal Air Maroc group, located very close to Mohamed V airport in Casablanca. It happens to me from time to time to spend a night here when I arrive late or when I have to leave early from Morocco (the airport is located quite far from the city center). The Atlas hotel is of a higher standard than the Relax hotel. The Relax hotel is more than enough if you are only spending the night and avoid having lunch or dinner in its restaurant, otherwise nothing prevents you from going to the restaurants on the other side of the Atlas hotel, which is much better!
In any case, the service leaves something to be desired and is really very irregular… like at the reception which is very quickly overwhelmed when it comes to recording a group!
The room was very clean. Pretty spacious. Proper hot water running in the bathroom. Front desk staff was polite and helpful with queries. Hotel is walkable distance to old city and tourist attractions.
On the other hand, the listing should remove facilities that are not available like gym, free iron etc etc
Also, for the breakfast, for what you would be paying, it didn't look it worth what you would be paying for. . I did not go for it after having the chance to look at the breakfast spread.
Especially beautiful, the waiter is very warm, the breakfast is rich, clean, the location is excellent, very close to the exhibition hall, if you go to Morocco, you will go there.
Nice hotel and help me exchange foreign currency
I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast
We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right
The room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.
The hotel is close to the airport, the room is clean, it is not water, it is very expensive to sell. Everything else is quite good, breakfast is just like this, this is really the same, bread and stone, it is good to go to the airport, and did not eat.

VVivekThe service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation, which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.

YYUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.

RRuby8383A bit of bullying to Chinese customers, they gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. Morocco is over 30 degrees without air conditioner, it's like being in a sauna. I called for repair but it couldn't be fixed. At first, the hotel front desk said that they couldn't change rooms because they were full. After arguing with them, they changed the room and barely made a king-size bed room by putting two beds together. The breakfast was good, the location was good, and the hotel hardware was OK, but they deliberately gave customers a room with a broken air conditioner and didn't do maintenance inspections, which made me very disappointed with this hotel.
GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel on this trip! Stayed for 3 nights, the room is a suite, there are two bathrooms, the decoration style is retro, I like it very much! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, and smiled and nodded at us every time they went in and out.
