I felt that it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is located on the slope around the tip of Cape Muroto. The hotel's appearance looks like it's coming out of Ghibli. You can see the Pacific Ocean from your room and see Asahi beautifully. Breakfast was delicious with homemade dried food. It was a hotel that I wanted to stay once a year because the customer service and the interior were all good.

The rooms are not big, all are of the same standard in Biei, breakfast and hot springs are the same, self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient! It is convenient in the city center and anywhere else.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Harimaya Bridge. There was also a multi-story parking lot, so there was no need to search for a parking space. The staff were friendly and I'd definitely come back. The frozen towels provided as an amenity were fantastic, especially in the scorching heat!

The hotel is right next to JR Kochi, very convenient. This hotel looks very new, staff is nice, super great nippon breakfast, the room is very hygiene, shower head is strong, air-con is good.

It was interesting to feel like a hotel in a bitter local area.

The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

I have stayed here several times when I go back home. This time I stayed here the day before the Kochi Ryoma Marathon. Normally I don't have much trouble finding a place to stay, but this time it was the day before a big event, so I was lucky to be able to make a reservation. The hotel staff were, as always, very friendly, kind, and pleasant. I often make reservations with my family, so I'm glad they have Western-style rooms for families. This is one hotel I would like to stay at in the future.

It was great to be able to use the parking lot even when I got home late at night. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was strong, which was great!

It's a bit far from Kochi Station, and you need to change two trams and walk for 5 minutes. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a large bath. The breakfast is very rich, with grilled bonito and other Kochi specialties, which is great!
