Very nice stay for work near the Narita airport. I won’t give a 5 star review to the amenities and service because you will pay everything here, even the gym that usually is for free in every hotel I went in Asian countries. Also no complementary bottles of water in the room which is very uncomfortable.

I booked this for a friend and her kids, who missed their flight to Narita. We had to change their itinerary and after all the stress we decided to have them stay here to relax and recover. They loved it!

I have stayed at this hotel every annual trip to Japan for the past 5 years and honestly I now want to gatekeep because I don’t want it to get overfull and hike up prices. I won’t gatekeep and hope that it will stay as it is - super convenient aimed at what travellers need, friendly and helpful and super efficient. Firstly regular shuttles between Narita Airport T1 and T2. T3 is an easy 2 minute walk to T2 via a covered walkway. No need to take a taxi to the hotel as we once did. Secondly, the rooms are functional and have all the necessities. If you need black tea for your room, bring a few teabags for yourself as they only do green teabags and coffee. However there is a convenience store (Lawsons) in the lobby which is 24/7 and always buzzing and fully stocked. Many of the staff speak good English and know exactly what you need to get to and from the airport. There are trolleys you can borrow to bring your luggage to the lobby if you don’t want to wait for their bell staff. There is also a weighing scale in the lobby (IYKYK). One of our favourite hotel breakfasts in Japan. Always busy but good throughput. The gardens are lovely and worth a wander. We’re normally there for winter lights but this time I had the joy of the tail end of Sakura season. Lovely! Finally there is a shuttle to Narita Town for some sightseeing and local shopping as well as Aeon Mall. Make sure you know which shuttles stop at Aeon Mall because this is less regular. We now make Hotel Nikko a must for a few nights before we leave because Narita is charming and it’s a nice transition to the journey home.

It’s a great hotel to stay when visiting the Disney parks. With a free shuttle bus its very easy to commute. The rooms are big and perfect for either couples and families! The Lawsons convienence store (24h!) inside the hotel is amazing for a quick breakfast before you head to the parks. Didn’t used the onsen facilities.

Loved the extra thoughtfulness with massager! Room was on the small side when compared to other hotels across the Tokyo Bay, particularly with the official Disney Partner Hotels. The ammenities room is incredible. Welcome lounge and kids interactive projector was a huge hit for my daughters too! The short distance from the hotel to AEON and Aeter shopping mall is a another welcomed addition for those early shopping for those who are short on time during their Japan trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. Given the quality of the accommodations, I found it to be an excellent value for money. The hotel itself is new, which contributed to the modern amenities and overall pleasant atmosphere.

I booked the hotel for last minute for a 1 night event at Chiba. Unfortunately the cheapest option is the smoking room so I have to bear with it. The hotel is the old model. The hotel has wedding hall, some room functions for exhibition and meeting, the breakfast on the restaurant with additional fee. It using physical key, and the toilet is not as amazing modern toilet that Japan has, bit confused when I'm using it. All amenities provided, have kettle and only tea, would love if they provide coffee, sugar and milk, since standard hotel that I know would be provide a set of coffee and tea, but I didn't bother to ask, because I just stay a night.

Third time staying here. In my opinion, the best and most beautiful hotel near Disney. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are shuttle buses to bring you to the monorail and to the airport. Love it!

This hotel was the perfect end to my Tokyo trip, offering excellent value for money. They provide free shuttle buses to/from the airport and Narita Station, which run punctually. Just remember to check the different pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 2. You can also arrange an airport drop-off service, making it an ideal choice if you need to catch a flight. We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.
