Although you can walk quite easily to this hotel in about 20 minutes, the road layout is confusing, so I’d recommend using the free shuttle bus. This is a good hotel that is also used by airline cabin crew so it has to maintain certain standards. The breakfast is good value for money, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

Shuttle bus every 1 hour from Narita t2 no.26 and form hotel to go back to narita airport start at 5am or to JR narita station to explore narita city... N from that lates shuttle bus is 23.25 to go back to hotel which is pretty nice to spend a day in Narita before leaving in early morning

This place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

I stayed here before and after an event at Makuhari Messe. The hotel was visible from the platform at Kaihin Makuhari Station, so I didn't get lost. It was also about a 5-minute walk to Makuhari Messe, so it was convenient to leave my luggage there and head to the venue. There were no humidifiers or air purifiers installed, but they were delivered when I asked the front desk.

Good hotel near Tokyo Bay and Tokyo Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney sea and Disneyland, which is super convenient. The balcony of the room is huge and has an excellent view. Plus the hotel possesses a comfortable public bath.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Good place of stay if you’re doing Disney as it has frequent shuttle bus.  Loved the complimentary drinks at the welcome lounge.  Kids will enjoy the sweet stuffs. Breakfast is ok. And Lawson is a life saver,  you can buy food there if you arrive late from airport.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! It’s perfectly located near Bayside Station, which made getting around so easy, especially with the added convenience of a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the station, i can simply just go to the station by walking distance tooo! The view from my room was simply breathtaking—so serene and peaceful, and I was so impressed by how beautiful it was that I spent a lot of time just gazing out. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bathtub. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in it! The warm water and the calm atmosphere made it feel like the perfect escape, and it was such a cozy, tranquil experience that I didn’t want to leave. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I really appreciated how well-maintained the entire hotel was. It felt like a truly refreshing and comfortable getaway, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Convenient to get to from the airport, with free shuttle available. Room and bath was spacious, though I was at one end of a very long corridor so it seemed like forever to get to after a loongg day walking everywhere else. Great overall stay even if the walls were not very sound proof. I had good neighbours though , and everyone seemed to understand the ‘assignment’ under the circumstances. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy check out too. Lawson’s on the first floor was convenient too for last minute buys and food for sahur.:) Also make time to go to Naritasan Omotesando and the Shinshoji temple to savour in the local produce and enjoy the surrounding park with sprinklings of cherry and plum blossoms (i think) everywhere this time of the year. Free shuttle to Narita station and Aeon Mall too! Super convenient!

Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel. Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Hotel near to Shopping Mall and have Free Shuttle Bus very comfortable to Airport every 1 hour. I like its quiet and flowers front yard very beautiful. Amenities have things to customers in their needs and enough. I just take rest and relax a very very warm room although cold outside. All is just reasonable

We stayed in a double room which was quite spacious for Japan. It was clean and had ample amenities. The best thing about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport which saved us the hassle of lugging our baggage to the train station early in the morning.

The hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

Very close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings). Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel. Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english. Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them. Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.

Good location. The free Disney shuttle is a big plus. Difficult to find the shuttle parking lot as there are no signs that lead to it. Hotel staff are friendly especially at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of Asian and western food. Room was spacious enough for me to open up my suitcase fully. Toilet and bathroom were separate which is a plus. Will stay here again if we are not staying in the Disney resort. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood.

First of all, I was surprised at how cute the room was! It has a Disney feel to it, but is also good value for money, so I think it's recommended for families. I felt that the square footage of the room was a little small, but it was well laid out, and there was a comfortable sofa and two single beds, so I was able to relax comfortably.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located just a short monorail ride away from Tokyo Disney Resort, this hotel is an ideal choice for families, couples, and solo travelers looking to explore the magic of Disney or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s proximity to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea is unbeatable. The complimentary shuttle bus and easy access to the Disney Resort Line make it incredibly convenient to travel to and from the parks. Despite being so close to the bustling Disney area, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat, offering stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed in a Bay View Room, and waking up to the sight of the bay every morning was absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The only minor drawback was that the decor felt slightly dated, but it was still well-maintained and cozy.

We stayed here after our day at Disney. The location wasn't too far but we didn't have a car. Public transportation was easy to use. The staff were great. They were very patient and helpful with the language barrier. They made sure we understand everything and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and we have a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again if we were to return.

During our visit to Tokyo DisneySea, we stayed here for two nights. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The hotel’s location was quite convenient for getting back and forth from DisneySea as well. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

I've stayed here twice. It's very convenient as it's close to Kaihin Makuhari Station. The large public bath is often crowded as it is used for events. The rooms are a little small, but the comforters are fluffy and comfortable. This time, near lunchtime, a group of Chinese people occupied the sofas in the hotel lobby, eating and drinking there and making a mess, which was not very pleasant. Although it is a place that cannot be seen by the front desk staff, I would like them to be careful about eating and drinking on the sofas in the lobby.

just a few minutes walk from chiba station and a lot of restaurants and other establishments around the area ...i was very thankful on the attendant...me and my friends were really so surprised and amazed with the room we stay because its so beautiful, clean, has an overlooking view, things needed were prepared .. the shower and bath tub were great with overlooking view as well..i highly recommend this hotel in chiba ..

Very nice building and rooms.Public Bathroom and sauna are also very good. Due to the recent economic situation, too many PRC group tour were coming. BF queuing at 6:20 is about 30 over guests, but still ok. Enjoyed so nice buffet BF. For Japanese customers, if you do not mind to stay with 300 over PRC guests, then the place is the best cost performance one in Tokyo- Chiba area.

The hotel on the last day of my trip to Japan, just to see the sea before leaving. The hotel has washing machines, ice machines, free drinks after 2 o'clock, and a very delicious cold drink vending machine, which is a plus. In addition, I went to many museums in Japan and the air conditioning made me feel cold all over. I felt comfortable in the hot spring on the third floor of the hotel, which is a plus. The photo shows the midday sun shining on the pillows and quilts at the head of the bed. I was suddenly moved and took a photo as a souvenir. The disadvantages still need to be mentioned. The room has a slight smell, which is for those with sensitive tastes.

I stayed at LiveMax Hotel Chiba Station for 2 nights. I felt comfortable, nice and quiet. The room environment was clean. The strong WiFi was my biggest help! Located at the west exit of Kyoto Chiba Station, turn right and walk straight along the overpass. The hotel will be on the left in front! There is a lift going down and there is a convenience store nearby! Restaurants, the surrounding area is very lively, close to shopping mall and bus station! Great experience riding the aerial tram to Chiba Central Park/Zoo! Will definitely book again next time I visit! The hotel location/environment is relatively cheap and highly recommended! I wish all employees health and happiness! See you next time!
