The hotel is very popular. I could only book a standard room for a king-size bed room before. But when I was about to check in, I saw a superior room and grabbed it immediately. The size of the superior king-size bed room was OK, but the superior twin room should not be 24 square meters and seemed very small. So my friend upgraded the double standard to a suite.
In the city center, the famous lake, it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the concert hall. Lived on the third floor spire. The room is big in Iceland. There is a small balcony. The Italian restaurant downstairs is quite delicious.
It is really not worth the price. I have to go to the Blue Lake Hotel in Iceland. I have more than 20,000 RMB in a bowl. I think it is worth more than this. 1) The room is very small. 2) It will be very noisy and noisy outside, drinking and making troubles until 5 o'clock in the morning. But the counter service is not bad, if you want to live here, you can consider staying at Alda Hotel. Larger rooms are 3 times cheaper. I went to live on the last night after the roundabout.
Was a great hotel fir for purpose - staff couldn’t be more happy to help with an questions. The walls are a little thin so just be aware of that but for the price we really couldn’t complain it was perfect.
The sanitary conditions and facilities here are indeed average, but it is absolutely fine to spend one night as a first stop on Ringroad. The lady boss will chat with you for a while. It is surrounded by supermarkets and gas stations, and there is a small waterfall not far away, which is very convenient.
The hotel is very close to Station 9, about 7 minutes' walk. There are many delicious food on the street and it is very lively and prosperous. The room is medium in size and very cozy. The facilities are relatively complete. The hotel has a gym with a small sauna and three shower rooms, suitable for taking a shower after working out.
Had a lovely trip to Iceland really enjoyed everything about it hotel was gorgeous just one thing it was so noisy out from our hotel with the party people all weekend so if you want a quieter hotel don’t pick the main strip everything else was fab and went very smooth would go back maybe to a different hotel
The location of the hotel is wonderful. It's very convenient to get on and off buses. Especially for the Tour Buses. A lot of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops around there. I highly recommend travelers to stay there.
friendly staff, the sauna and hot tub were clean and nice。。。。our room was perfect, but if you are picky with drinking water, bring your own to the room。the water from the tab is drinkable, but has a lot of sulfur in it and smells this way。
the breakfast was very good, different coffee, waffles, bread, porridge, fruits,。。。。

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the cathedral and the city center. It is also very close to the bus station. It is also very convenient to go to the major attractions. The breakfast is moderate and the service is very good. The towels need to be mentioned in advance, no extra charge. This store is worth recommending.
MMiffy woAlthough the room is small, it is very convenient to settle in. The password is used to enter and exit. The piggy supermarket is 150 meters away, and shopping is also very close. The breakfast is also good. It is not too far to go to the main street and the Pearl Tower.
GGuest UserA recommendable place for sure to stay :). Close walking from bus stops, in front of places where to eat fast food and also the sea. The dorm was fine and good beds, without curtains. The kitchen was prepared with many useful cooking tools. Nice decoration, nice staff helpful and able to speak good English, they are prepared to receive tourism with maps. This is not in hands of the hostel but would be nice if they can do something: there are couple of guest so stinky, one close to my bed was sooo smelly, I was capable to recognize when he was not covered with the blanket, so disgusting, also the house keeping is nice to clean, but there is to many guest, the trash cans are so full and people do not wash their dishes.
DDebating CoachThis is not at BSI Bus Stop. This is at Bus Stop Reykjavík. It’s not far from Bus Stop 6 and I could use Kapper so that saved me a couple of taxis. Just don’t be afraid to walk out to the highway and cross at the stoplight. They have a lot of tours and the private room is nice. Just avoid wearing socks in bed or else it will lead to Icelandic levels of static generation. It hurts.

LLivoryPerfect in all counts. Service was top, free private parking saved hassle of figuring out public parking space, rooms super clean and housekeeping everyday (we didnt really need it but they kept our room tidy everyday), very good furniture arrangement to open two big luggages with room to still walk. Reykjavik city centre is not too big so walking from hotel is not hard at all. Hotel is beautiful with so much art to admire, lobby decor was amazing and welcoming. I am just glad that on my return to Reykjavik from east of Iceland, we are staying there again before we fly off to our next destination. If you’re staying in Reykjavik and don’t mind a 5min walk to city centre, this is the place to book. One small gripe: bring eyemasks for summer as the curtains leak a tiny bit of light no matter how you arrange it (which is a common issue we faced in most Icelandic hotels).
SStefan-AusI can absolutely sympathise with people who struggle to get in and check in to this hotel.
When you book through a 3rd party app, you do not receive your room number or entry code. The check-in process is then an adventure of trying to shout into a tablet near the front door, for a call that lasts maximum 2 minutes before it disconnects and you have to try again.
The layout is… odd… to say the least, but if you follow the signs you can eventually end up at your room (if you find some of the doors that work, not all do).
The maintenance person who broke into our room while we were out forgot to lock the door, so we were at risk of all of our things being stolen, which wasn’t ideal.
The room itself was nice, location is good and as long as you don’t need anything, you are getting what you pay for.
