Stayed for one night and the room was very spacious and the bed for very comfortable. Bathroom was squeaky clean and toilet had a bidet (yay!). Location wise as well was easy to find as we were driving and there are a few malls located within the vicinity. Unfortunately, the aircon in our room somehow died in the middle of the night so I woke up at around 3am and was suddenly sweating. Thankfully (and gratefully), we managed to call guest services and they sent a technician to our room to fix the issue. Strangely, the room services was not open at 9am (or was it 10am?) which was a bit disappointing because we had hoped to order breakfast from room service before checking out but alas. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was complimentary parking since we were driving. Forgot to take photos because we checked in really late (almost close to midnight) and was exhausted from driving back from Yogyakarta but generally great stay overall.

For family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

I recently booked a stay at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk for my boss during his business trip to Jakarta. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key business areas and local amenities. Nothing short of beautiful. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far, comfy, clean, quiet, comes with everything, even has water dispenser and washing machine. Carpeted flooring with natural stone porcelain tiles gives it such a one of a kind homely feeling. bathrooms with the glass partitions are amazing. Absolutely love the granite/gold decor theme of the roooms, everything was thought out conscientiously. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other people coming to travel. Our group stayed in a family suite, even the key cards were made of wood compared to the usual plastic. I had an absolute great time staying in this place. The time we stayed, the hotel was having its anniversary celebration and there were pop up stalls at the mini atrium, introduced to some local designs and bought some accessories.

Overall had a very disappointing experience celebrating our anniversary here. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel

My 2nd time with the hotel back this time with my family. Service was excellent. The concierge and staff at the entrance are always attentive to help. The ladies at the reception are always friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious. The only area that was not so ideal was the water pressure in the bathrooms are quite weak.

There is no refrigerator and hair dryer. Even though it is a 4-star hotel. Everything else is okay. The room is spacious. It is more economical to be a hotel member, because the room and restaurant food are discounted quite a bit. The fried rice is delicious. Oh yes, if you bring a car, it is better to go to the hotel before 10 pm. It seems that the hotel access road is closed if it is late at night. (You can confirm again with the hotel)

Nice location near Mangga Dua mall, very nice breakfast , nice swimming pool and spacious deluxe king room. But the bathroom has two disadvantages, no door or cover for the shower box and no toilet hose which are very inconvenient.

Check in was good. Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day… Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety. Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids
