I recommend the place without problem, 10/10. The place is perfect and atypical for anyone who travels. Breakfast was rich and normal price for the area. There are no many choices to dine near, but there is a tuktuk that can make you uber eats but with extra service. Not all the nearby villages are tourist or safe but there is no problem.
- there are many stairs to go up to the reception and the rooms. We were two young and sometimes we went to pauses because the rise is intense but quiet. Only that for someone with disabilities/wheelchair is not accessible. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. If you have no problem to climb stairs go!!!
The accommodation looks just like the pictures – the room was clean, and there were some nice shared spaces with options to play ping pong and billiards. However, there were a few downsides. The room didn’t have blackout curtains, so it got very bright as early as 5 AM. The front door was quite thin, and there was constant noise coming from a generator house next to the room. The staff were professional, but we didn’t feel the genuine friendliness we’ve experienced in other places. Breakfast was decent, though it felt a bit soulless and was relatively expensive for what it offered.

I stayed in this city for the first time and was satisfied overall. The staff was very kind and told me the maps and recommended spots around me at check-in. I can speak English, so I am relieved. The inn itself is simple but clean, each of the dormitory beds has curtains and outlets, and you can secure some privacy. Wi-Fi was available in the room without any problems.
Clean enough , hot water , no disturbance, no loud noises , beds are comfortable and I slept like a baby .
Also I was a bit late with check out - no problem so I cannot praise this place enough .
They even offered me a breakfast so for the booking price it was amazing experience .
I have to go once before my family comes in Korea and dies.
I've been to Atti Torran.
I believed that it was a place I went to a few years ago and visited again.
There was a lawn where you could jump dogs.
I've made a good memory.
This review is something of a compromise as I did not read the small print and missed that this ‘hotel’ is really for large parties who are happy to self-cater. The rooms / suites are big, and the lounge area has a fridge, sink, microwave and cooker - as well as a barbecue on the upstairs patio. If you have arrived with a car and can shop easily then this is for you.
However, only breakfast is catered for regularly (with not much choice) and lunch only if prebooked. Other than that - no food or drink is available at all! So bring your own ‘bar’ as well.
The small garden, pool, outdoor dining, beach with kayaks etc are very sweet - and peaceful. My wife loved it; I managed as we could easily walk around to the larger Hotel Atatlan - where the large restaurant and bar always seemed to be open!
The view from this hotel is excellent. You get amazing viewpoints of lake atitlan here. The interior and detailing of the property is excellent. Overall, it is a good stay.

GGigi BBStayed here for one night with my partner . It was challenging to find it, and if you bring car you have to find a parking lot! the room was okay for one night!:)
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night at the accommodation. The room was tidy and it’s clear that the hotel was built recently. The hosts were very kind and also helped us organize a few things. However, the soundproofing is not great – the night was quite noisy. If you’re sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs.

CCarmyThe view is wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfast. The garden that you pass after checking in has beautiful flowers. Our room was clean with good interior design in mind and we had a comfortable stay.

AAnonymous User+ Nice view from the top floor, helpful stuff, breakfast was delicious.
- No wifi in the room on the top floor and in the breakfast space, no safety box in the room.
GGuest UserLocation is wonderful, the territories of the super hotel, there are hot sources. The room is good, convenient, there are storage spaces for the hangar, convenient bath.
A lot of greens and flowers, very beautiful.
There is a euro socket that is rare in Guatemala.
The only thing that doesn't fit all beauty, the chumy staff, is very badly responded to requests. Simple request to pour hot water for tea and give a cup turns into a problem and we see dissatisfied people.
