Our condo has granite countertops & ceramic floors throughout. Free Wi-Fi. 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and each bedroom has a flat-screen wall-mounted TV. Brand new Gel Memory Foam Toppers on all beds. The Master bedroom has 1 King Bed; Middle Bedroom has 2 Queen beds; and Back Bedroom has 2 Queen beds also. The living room has a Blue Ray DVD player & leather furniture. Fully equipped kitchen for you to make meals & then head to the beach for the day! The kitchen includes a toaster, blender, pots and pans and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Guests need to provide their own ground coffee and/or Kcups. New spacious pantry for plenty of kitchen/food storage. Our unit is one of the few that has a European WASHER/DRYER in the unit for your convenience. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kids. Go down to the ground level and take a dip in the pool, enjoy the hot tub or walk past the pool and right onto the beach. The surf is only about 80 steps away. ( The historic Redington Long Pier used to be right next door, but the pier has been removed). Washer/Dryer units (credit card operated) are available on the same floor near the elevator bank. The building has an on site management office that handles the check-in and check out process and can address maintenance needs, lock out problems or provide suggestions on things to see or where to eat. The pool and the hot tub are heated all year round. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
