Very clean room with comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Lobby was nicely designed. The location was fairly close to some shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay for a couple of nights.
It is a hotel converted from a villa, the equipment is not bad, the key is that the hotel owner is very beautiful and the service is good. It is rare to speak English. Don’t order me food, and take me to the market supermarket for free, and take me to the airport for free

Generally, the hotel is old and the facilities are old. The carpet does not look very clean and will choose a modern hotel. Arrange me in a room close to a big machine, very noisy at night, with earplugs to sleep
I only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.
Centrally located. Serve good breakfast. The building may be slightly old, but the bedding is very clean. The kitchen facility is a good feature. I can cook some food for myself when tiring eating out every meal. The only drawback is that it does not have free shuttle to and from airport during the weekend.
Halo! No air conditioning! Poor soundproofing! The coroutine should not be included in the list! Too bad!

GGuest UserCleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?
AAlejandroThis is the hotel that we liked the most in Guatemala, it has a colonial touch that we love, large and spacious rooms, luxury details in all areas of the hotel, a fantastic stay, we recommend it and hope to return soon!
CChosenAuthor24With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient.
The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.
TTAEHYUNThey were very kind and the accommodation was clean. The airport pick-up service was also safely accessible and is about a minute's drive away. The place where the accommodation was located was surrounded by barbed wire, and the guard was guarding the entrance, so I felt safe. Also, the breakfast was great, and lastly, the kind owner gave me a ride to the airport. If you have to spend a day near the airport, I definitely recommend it.
DDamian Janyou can hear all the loud noises other guests are making while you are on your room . That’s a huge con -drunken guests were laughing , shouting , playing loud music . I asked to deal with it - nothing was done. I recommend it only for people who wants to drink and be loud - no one will stop you from having a good time .

GGuest UserIt's pretty good. It's next to the airport. The room is big and clean. The service is good and the attitude is nice. The Spanish paella in the bar on the first floor is delicious. I bought instant noodles and they even sent a microwave to the room for me to use.
