The room is very large and new, and there are yoga supplies. Very close to the airport, the shuttle bus is convenient. It was the next day to make an appointment to go to the airport at 9 o'clock. They did not send it by time. They sent the guests at 8:55 first, very casual.
A great experience. During the first half of the week, Carol was just a sweetheart. Every morning she would tell us about what was for breakfast. Then she’d want to know what we were getting into each day.
The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the room and the hotel clean.
The hotel was close to gas stations, museums and other facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Montana.
Thanks for being genuine good folks.
Breakfast is good, a lot of tricks, all kinds of bread, drinks, coffee, you can make waffles yourself, very close to the airport, driving more than ten minutes. very quiet.
They need to flip their mattresses. Too many body divots in them. The pool is always open, which is great, but their hot tub has been down for months. Breakfast is great. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We love staying there when we visit my husband's mom.
Because of the blockage of Highway 1, the town was stopped halfway, the folk customs were relatively simple, the hotels and related consumption here were relatively cheap, the hotel was very new and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to get up in the morning and run a step.
The Hyatt Place Billings, MT is located just 8 miles from the Billings-Logan International Airport and just 6 miles from Downtown Billings, MT. This will be the very first Hyatt to enter the state of Montana. Billings is rich in western heritage, including cowboys and American Indians the area is a major refinery area for the oil and gas mined in neighboring states. Billings offers amazing outdoor adventures including fishing, hiking and river access.

SStephanie HartwellEverything was clean and in working order. The staff was friendly and fast. We were able to park our very large moving truck and trailer with in the back parking lot.
GGuest UserThere is a real customer service effort to improve this hotel. Shawn the manager allowed me to check in early as aBW platinum member. He let me drop my bags early in the morning and called me when the room was ready. He even had the bags placed in the room before I returned. The breakfast was great for this type of hotel. The clientele was respectful and polite. Oh. And Shawn even called after I checked out as I left behind an important item.
However, the pool/sauna area is not operational, and my room had a lingering pet odor and visible carpet stain. I am a dog owner and animal lover, but housekeepers really need to notify the manager as the room should not have been assigned. I personally think hotels need to charge 500 bucks for cleaning if dog hair or other 'remnant' is left behind. I won't stay at a certain LaWyndham brand that has a generous pet policy. Their rooms all smell like Fifi and Buddy stayed there. I hope this property continues to improve.
GGuest UserThe hotel was downtown western Colorado. It was very neat w animals mounted on walls w the rustic look. Had a nice pool. The lady @ the front desk was concern for all the travelers n made the kids get out of the pool @ 10 n get ready for quiet time rest of the night. The gentlemen in the morning check us out n gave directions to get to jacksonhole, wyoming. The lady also suggested good place to stay. Breakfast was good for traveling.
GGuest UserHotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice.
The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.
GGuest UserThe lake view is amazing. It takes only a few steps to reach the Yellowstone Lake. The sunrise and sunset are all beautiful scenery! The room is fully equipped. Clean and sanitary. The cabin is warm and comfortable, nice!
GGuest UserFor a nice motel that had skinny stairs with several floors, there was out of order elevator. Staff were not friendly or attentive. Room amenities for the price lacking. No refrigerator, no free wifi in rooms. They only offer in common areas. No fan or ventilation in bathrooms for shower. The ac in room was not set up where we could understand it. It was hot all night. Room was very clean, i will say that's a plus. Their supposed buffet breakfast didn't even offer eggs. They had hash browns and sausage. Bread items like muffins and toast, waffles. Cream cheese in fridge but no bagels. For the price we paid they need to improve some of these things.
GGuest UserCheck-in on Sept. 24th. The person who checked me in did not see on her computer that I pre-paid online with Trip.com. I showed her the emails that Trip.com sent me but she still refused to accept it. She wrote down the information from the e-mail and said she'd give it to her manager. She insisted on me giving her a credit card ”to cover any damages”. The next day after I checked out I noticed my credit card was charged for the room. So they charged me even after I had paid Trip.com on Sept. 12. I loved the hotel but I am very unhappy about the way the check-in desk person handled this . Anyone would be unhappy if they were charged twice.
