Excellent stay, two very helpful members of staff at reception. Location is perfect, on the outskirts of glasgow, close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces..suitable for larger passenger vehicles to park - no height restrictions.
Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. No restaurants nearby but the hotel had a restaurant that served a good range of food. However the quality of food (we had a steak and a burger) was only so so.
The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere.
Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception.
Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.
The ibis budget Glasgow Cumbernauld hotel, just off the M80 and is ideal for both business and leisure. Guests can visit Broadwood Loch or enjoy the Broadwood Leisure Centre. Clyde Football Club is also nearby, a must-visit for sports fans. The hotel is ideally located for those visiting Glasgow City or Glasgow Airport, which can be reached easily by car. Local attractions also include, World of Wings or you can enjoy a round at Palacerigg or Dullatur Golf Course.
The reception was friendly and helpful, room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and all the necessities were given. Lovely kettle for a cup of tea in my room. I enjoyed my weekend there very much.
Lovely big hotel. Had a delicious 3 course dinner and a great all you can eat buffet breakfast, all included in the price. Hotel is a bit dated but bed and pillows were very comfy and bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with good water pressure. I would say the only thing that lets it down is that the car park is a bit small for the amount of rooms that the hotel has

Quaint hotel with lots of charm and appeal. Located within easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling! Adele and her staff took great care of us and we would definitely stay again if we are back in Scotland! Just be forewarned that there is no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs! They also serve a great full breakfast!

MMCUZZAI recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a good night's rest in a peaceful setting. One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.
During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory.
Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

孙孙The reception is gone at 11pm. Call in advance and say that I would like to find a supervisor to wait for us, but no one will be there when I arrive at the hotel. It's not that if we book another hotel, we can only sleep on the streets. But, but Ctrip helped me get justice, and a full refund was made. Like Ctrip👍
GGuest UserThe reception was very responsive and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The food was delicious. It is a hotel that I definitely want to stay next time.
