We knew that the hotel was remote, but you’re central for all areas to travel.
Absolutely excellent stay, receptionist was so friendly with a lovely warm welcome. Room decor and cleanliness was fantastic.
Bar and food service was excellent, food was amazing and bar service was so attentive.
Loved our stay and will certainly return and also try other Dakota hotels.
Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. No restaurants nearby but the hotel had a restaurant that served a good range of food. However the quality of food (we had a steak and a burger) was only so so.
The location is right on the edge of the quasi-highway. The hotel's barrier-free facilities are complete and very good. It is clean and the breakfast is acceptable. The price is relatively cheap in the UK and I would recommend staying there.
I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a good night's rest in a peaceful setting. One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.
During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory.
Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.
Quaint hotel with lots of charm and appeal. Located within easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling! Adele and her staff took great care of us and we would definitely stay again if we are back in Scotland! Just be forewarned that there is no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs! They also serve a great full breakfast!
A handy hub for all your travels in Central Scotland, the Premier Inn Hotel Glasgow Stepps (M80) puts you in a cracking spot for Glasgow, Edinburgh and everything in between. A complimentary breakfast is included.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 8 guestrooms.
The reception was friendly and helpful, room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and all the necessities were given. Lovely kettle for a cup of tea in my room. I enjoyed my weekend there very much.

PPrince PanickerIt was incredibly clean. Although the room and decor were a little old and had a old-ish smell but everything was very clean nonetheless which i really appreciate.
GGuest UserI visited as I was attending a family event. This hotel was the perfect location and me and my kids enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was great, too.
孙孙The reception is gone at 11pm. Call in advance and say that I would like to find a supervisor to wait for us, but no one will be there when I arrive at the hotel. It's not that if we book another hotel, we can only sleep on the streets. But, but Ctrip helped me get justice, and a full refund was made. Like Ctrip👍
