Hello, we were very disappointed with our room upon arrival. The room had no television, not a chair, no table, no coat rack, no towel rack, no low lighting, just a large fluorescent tube. So we had to put everything on the floor, and the smell of Marseille soap was overwhelming. We were very disappointed to have booked this room. The room was clean, and fortunately, we received a very warm welcome and understanding from the receptionist that weekend. We do not recommend this hotel and will not return. It is better to book a studio with a TV or stay at the Birgit. A little more, we would have changed hotels. Good luck to the entire team. Sincerely,

Very good, the breakfast is also good, parking is very convenient, especially suitable for self-driving tours. There is no charge for parking in this area of ​​France after 5pm until 9am the next day. I particularly like the breakfast here. Rarely write reviews, but this hotel is undoubtedly the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in France. It is located in the quiet and beautiful field. The lobby restaurant is decorated with artistic taste. The warm fireplace is very distinctive. The room is large and the decoration is relatively new. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is easy to use. Overall very satisfied.

Great location! Just step outside, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel is also opposite a beautifully converted warehouse shopping center. The rooms are very clean, but one thing to note is that housekeeping is only done every five days instead of daily. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Le Havre!

Located close to the train station and about a 20 min walk from the ferry port, where i had come from. Helpful staff. 8 different restaurants to choose from for dinner and breakfast the next day was good, ample choice, and reasonably priced. Will be using Joost Hotel again on my next visit to la Harve. Maybe next time I will be braver and book a dorm to meet some other people. Wasn't sure about the shower in the main room, but as it was just me, it was fine.

Very well placed in Trouville, allows to go to the beach to walk quickly. The staff is very nice but few, which has caused problems at arrival and with many customers. The hotel has no air conditioning. The swimming pool is pleasant and the terrace to bronze too. This hotel is worth the bust if you get a good price or go else you will be disappointed.

Truly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France . For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo. The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop. Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel. All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature . Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )

New Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour... Overnight parking is €19. Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure..
