Because the drive from Rovaniemi to Helsinki was too long, we stopped in Oulu for one night. We had venison and wandered around. The city is not big, there are many Chinese restaurants, and we didn't have breakfast.

It’s a cute little hotel very near the airport. The hotel has a limited staff so the services are a little limited but friendly stuff was doing everything they could to make our stay good. The breakfast was better than could be expected from a small hotel like this.

Service: The front desk service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic! The breakfast is delicious!
Environment: Near supermarkets, restaurants, and convenient for travel
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a farmer's market in front, and there are Chinese restaurants in isolation, which is very convenient.
Overall, this hotel is very good. The staff at the lobby desk are very considerate. I checked in too late on the first night and found that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, which surprised me! The next day, we negotiated with Ctrip to change rooms. Although the breakfast was not very rich, it had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It was no problem to feel full. It was only a few minutes' walk to the city center!

Hotellihuone oli vaihdettu huoneistoon, joka oli todella hieno. Kylpylään sai mennä vielä avaimen luovutuksen jälkeen. Parkkipaikkaa oli hienona päivänä vaikea löytää
Breakfast at scandic's hotels seems to be exactly the same, very rich and very good.
The front desk staff were also very friendly and friendly, and the experience was great.
Very close to the fat police and the market, there are many places to eat nearby, but they are all expensive.

CCHENGINGER JIALINDINNER IN RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS GOOD. CHEF DID HIS JOBS.
TOO MUCH MOSQUITOS AT NIGHT TIME.
TAKE A WHILE TO REACH THERE OR LEAVE.
SWIMMING POOL IN THE SPA IS SALTY. VANTILATION IN THE SPA IS FAIR, SOME ODORS ARE ALWAYS THERE.
MMariannaThe room was amazing and clean, loved the sauna and the balcony view. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious!
A bit hard to get there if you don’t have a car when the gondola is not working.

MMonteverdeVery accessible, just opposite the train station, below is an Asian Market, walking distance to the shops and mall. Clean and quiet. The hoteli gives clear instructions.
AAnonymous UserThe place is nice but if you are coming back late, you need to use the back door for entering instead. I forgot about that and got really wet from the rain 😂
FFeifeifeifeimaVery satisfied, because the time was wrong when booking, Trip.com came forward to adjust the time, very smooth, after the hotel checked in, the children were very pleasantly surprised. The service is good, there is a service staff to take the children to the room in the middle of the night, thank you, the meal is good.
