It was a good hotel. It's worth every penny. Rifat is a very helpful staff and very decent. Though front desk staff need some training. Some of them were on mobile and some of them didn't have correct information. But overall, it's a good hotel with a great pyramid view (only if the room is pyramid view category)

We stayed here for 1 month in August, and now we returned again. Indiana Hotel is a great option for affordable accomodation in Cairo. Located in Dokki, a pleasant area with lots of shops, cafes, pharmacies nearby, and the river nile 2 min walk away with beautiful restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the spacious, big rooms, comfy beds. Large fridge, TV, lots of seating area in the room, Also they include breakfast which makes it better value, you can expect things like Egyptian bread, fresh salad, falafel, and free coffee or tea. The staff are all friendly, accommodating. If you are looking for basic, clean accomodation it's perfect. located in a nice area of Dokki. Recommend cafe Antakh 2min walk away.

Beautifully appointed, modern, and convenient boutique hotel in a prime location a stone's throw from the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, and with sweeping views of the Giza Plateau's Pyramids. Highly recommended for tour groups, vacationing couples, or backpackers with a variety of room styles available, featuring spacious balconies, numerous functional amenities, tasteful design, and breathtaking views of the Great Pyramids. Hotel also features a rooftop restaurant Heightopia overlooking the only surviving wonder of the world, with extensive and impressive food and beverage offerings with a variety to suit all manner of tastes.

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

I had a very happy stay. It is the best choice for traveling in Cairo. I was also very satisfied with the buffet for dinner at the hotel. The price was quite reasonable. It was very romantic to eat facing the pyramids. It is 5 minutes away from the north gate of the pyramids. It is very suitable to go there early in the morning when there are no tour groups. WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

The hotel has been taken over by Hilton. The location and scenery are very good, and the facilities are acceptable. The top floor 44 is the revolving hall, which requires a reservation for dinner, overlooking Cairo. There is a place for sailing on the river not far from the hotel. We recommend sailing. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The hotel's rooftop swimming pool is only open until sunset at 7 o'clock (this is the case for hotels in Egypt), so you have to go in advance if you want to. The service was average, and it took a long time to deliver luggage to the room (the overall service industry in Egypt is very fast). There is a Nubian restaurant next to it, right by the river. The view is nice, but the food is served too slowly.

I have been back to China for a long time and have not had time to write a good review. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is across the street from the Marriott Menara Palace and it takes about five minutes to walk to the north gate of the pyramid. Whether in the room or in the restaurant, you can see the unbeatable view of the pyramid. The boss and the front desk guy speak Chinese very well. They are still actively learning Chinese in their spare time. There is no problem in communication.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin🙂? Lodging at the Pyramid On The Spot View was one of the best decisions I made while planning our vacation to Egypt. Prior to our arrival, I was in steady contact with an hotel employee by the name of Ahmed. Although, there is 8 hours difference between our countries, Ahmed responses were always prompted. My husband and I booked roundtrip airport transportation and 3 days of events/tours/excursions with the hotel... all for a great price. Ahmed was our tour guide and was with us daily. We also had a driver by the name of Ali. He is the absolute best driver to navigate the unlabled streets in parts of Egypt🤣. The hotel is situated in the heart of Giza. The area is not a luxury tourist area, here, one will get the cultural feel of what it's like to really reside in Giza. The hotel features an outdoor rooftop for dining, which has an incredible view of the pyramids. The hotel not only offers an amazing view, comfortable lodging with crisp, wrinkle-free linens, fresh white towels, tasty meals and drinks daily; they also offer deals you can't beat for tours, along with roundtrip transportation to/from the airport. Your well-being and comfortability is top priority to the staff during your stay. It is 100% genuine, not forced. Everyone had a pleasant and approachable aura about them. As a frequent traveler, I always look at reviews prior to booking any hotel/resort. This hotel does not have many reviews due to it being fairly new but I would insist on giving them a try. In a few months, getting a room here will be hard to come by. Please do not hesitate to book a stay here. Oh and the owner Fatma is amazing🙂. She's a force to be reckon with in the hotel/tourism industry. We absolutely love the hotel and the people who work there. We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

We as a family spent three nights at The Royal Great Pyramid Inn. All members of the staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean. The roof top restaurant is a very pleasant place to relax and take in the view on a clear day. Only downside was the WiFi access in the rooms. Did not work for us.

Today we stayed in hotels for the second time :). We were greeted wonderfully and given the same room. Clean and cozy! The staff is very polite and friendly. Managers are professional and competent! The view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great view of the pyramids. Make sure to get a day tour from the reception, it was 110 USD per person but definitely worth it. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

Stayed for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took about 40 to 50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport and cost about 200 EGP. It faces the main street, and if you look up a little you will see the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, you'll find a temple-like hallway that leads to the elevator, and I'm sure you'll notice a sign that says ``Welcome to Hassan'' in Japanese, which makes me feel at ease with the Japanese language overseas. When you arrive at the reception on the 3rd floor by elevator, you will find a newly renovated and modern interior. (When I stayed there, it had only been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has worked as a tourist guide for Japanese people since 2005. Then, we checked in immediately and were given a tour of the room and an explanation of each area. The lobby, toilets, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all kept clean, and security measures were in place. We could see the impressive pyramids from our room, and it was a wonderful room. Also, since it was made to specifications for Japanese people, consideration was given to various aspects such as soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank for hot water shortages. You can see an even more impressive view of the pyramids from the rooftop, and the number of rooms is thought to be for several to dozens of groups, so you can enjoy the view to your heart's content without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple with bread, *grilled food, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice not to eat raw vegetables in Egypt, as they can cause stomach upset. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before, so I consulted the owner, who recommended me some medicine, and he arranged for me to heal by the next morning. I was able to. As mentioned above, I had an upset stomach, so being able to warm up in the bathtub was the best part. The owner is still working as a tourist guide, so we asked him to guide us the next day to the Giza Pyramids and the main tourist spots in Cairo, making for a very comprehensive tour. I went sightseeing on my first day in Egypt, such as Luxor, and had a difficult time, but this tour made me realize that having a guide is the best option when in Egypt. Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

Such a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to accommodate and provide whatever is needed. The hotel is very safe with high level security, and a great location with short driving distance to the Nile. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and felt very luxurious; we also very much enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the Nile. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I ate in Egypt, they had a large spread with the perfect selection. The staff brought us water bottles daily and allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room while we traveled to Luxor and Hurghada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and team, you could not go wrong booking with them!

Want a big bed room is gone. . But the room was clean and the front desk was good. It is very convenient to go to the Nile for 10 minutes. You can see the city on the terrace. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The location is good.

This hotel was one of the accommodations where we stayed during our organized tour. We had 3 rooms 401, 404 and 405. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. The beds are fine, the neighborhood is quiet compared to the rest in Cairo. The rooms are very noisy, but we were outside the high season so there was relatively little noise. ATM is around the corner. The breakfast was reasonable. We are used to getting coffee and tea ourselves, but the staff will do that for you. Important: at least it is clean. So if you are looking for a hotel in this area, I would safely recommend this one. You will receive a WiFi code at the counter, which is valid for one day and then you have to get a new code at the counter.
