This is one of the worst hotels that I have experienced in my lifetime as I gave me a hard time to check in the hotel. The hotel was very quick to get your money but very slow to check in.The entire services were terribly bad, staff were irresponsible consequently made me sick to my stomach as I arrived in a foreign country and got to the hotel which I paid in advance and no response to my messages. On top of that, the location is far from the city center
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is elegant, modern and has very good facilities: swimming pool, gym and an ideal area for conventions.
The space is large and the facilities are OK. Although the location is not in the special core area, the local taxi is cheap and not very traffic jams, it is more convenient.
Breakfast is slightly monotonous, and the business may not be particularly good, and the amount of preparation is limited every day.
Stayed at three of the best hotels in St. Clark, of which Tajibos was the first, more in line with my preference, a boutique style with gardens. Business and leisure are OK, more leisurely. The pool is very good, the pool bar is very feeling, the peacocks in the garden are very leisurely. The Italian restaurant is very good, it should be the best in Santiago, very authentic! Had two!
I divided it with my friends for one night and felt that it was cheap to have breakfast for about 2500 yen per person. It was clean. The receptionist was very kind to carry the suitcase to the room. It is about 10 minutes walk to the square. It is a type that comes out of the shower at once and looks like a waterfall line. There was soap and shampoo conditioner, and the amenities were substantial.
The location was great, nearby restaurants within walking distance if you choose. The lobby and the rooms are well cleaned and welcoming.
Staff were all very professional and the receptionist spoke English, wish was a major help to me.
I booked the suite Room with a jacuzzi, the first they booked us in was inoperable and had signs showing down for maintenance. We asked reception about it and they were unaware oddly.
They did move us rooms, however the second room the water temp in the jacuzzi wasn't warm and when the air jets were turned on there was an awful smell. We didn't bother to ask again as we assumed no one ever used them.
The hotel is in a great location and the food is delicious. The hotel service staff had a very good attitude and left a very good impression on me. I will stay at this hotel next time.

CCHAOHotel facilities are OK, mainly to the airport, free to send the airport, tell the front desk in advance. There are few surrounding facilities. The nearest small supermarkets have to go for more than 20 minutes. In the Spanish language, you can take a motorcycle taxi at the intersection.
EEvan WilliamStayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is very thoughtful, the waiters are very warm and friendly, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the room is very spacious and clean. I will choose this hotel next time and highly recommend it!
JJay EdneilThis hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.
