Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

It was in line with expectations. The hotel is quiet, clean and tasteful. The front desk staff is nice and there are many CNN programs. The view from the room is also good. The only downside is that the water in the shower is not big enough and there is a little smell if the air conditioner is not turned on in the room.

The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

Hotel location is very good, just opposite the bus terminal, whether it is to the attractions, to the Brazilian side waterfall or to the airport is an hour, very convenient, for free tourists is the best choice. The room is medium in size, clean and tidy. Breakfast is rich and delicious.
