Overall, meet my expectation of a desert resort. The FO Team is quite welcoming and friendly. Offering activities fitted with my family’s experience. The only part is the drinking water in the room, should be more environment friendly, can be bottled drinking water rather than plastic.
What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was easy and included a warm cookie! The room was perfect for the three of us. It even had a kitchen which I did not expect. Room service food was delicious and we were able to save left overs and reheat them. Breakfast was worth it for the good food and so many choices. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. A taxi was ordered for us so we could get to the airport.
The common areas are quite spacious, but the rooms themselves felt a bit cramped. The service has really gone downhill; the only personalized attention we received was being shown to our room during check-in.
The stay was nice. We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Al Ain. The hotel seems new and clean, personally I found the ”pixelated” esthetics fun and enjoyable. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied, and the service was nice.
We also went to the bar on the terrace - the prices were really good. The proximity to the stadium makes it worth staying here if you're going for an event in that location.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, location is great if you are looking for a place in the center of Abu Dhabi. Room was very spacious and would definitely consider again for a stay in Abu Dhabi

The location is good because it is right next to the Abu Dhabi main bus terminal.
It is not the latest facility, but it is well managed and the room is large.
The staff is very friendly.
There is a refrigerator, microwave, and drum washing machine.
There is a large shopping mall right behind it.
I would like to visit again.
This desert resort, nestled deep in the heart of the desert and far from the city's hustle and bustle, felt like an overseas desert version of Tao Yuanming's 'Peach Blossom Spring' – a true oasis. To celebrate our child's first graduation season, we decided to temporarily step away from the relentless pace of life and found a moment of tranquility in this desert haven.
The entire staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always proactively responding to guests' needs. Our stay was simply fantastic.
We booked a one-bedroom pool villa with breakfast and dinner included for three consecutive nights. We enjoyed three hotel activities: a Sunrise Camel Ride, Family Dune Bashing, and the Sunrise Falcon Show. The overall experience was superb. Since it was the low season in July, there weren't many guests, and my child and I even had the falcon show all to ourselves – it felt like a private viewing!
Breakfast and dinner buffets were incredibly extensive, featuring delicious cuisine from all over the world. The dining ambiance and the quality of the food were both absolutely top-notch! And during the scorching summer heat, having our own private pool right in the villa was truly a blessing – it washed away all our fatigue and worries!
I stayed at the X Grand Hotel at Hafiz Stop on the 5th and 6th of September. The amenities are excellent, the swimming pool and everything else is great. It’s a fantastic place for families, and I would definitely recommend it—five stars!

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options.
We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall.
The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue.
There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours.
We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.
GGuest UserIt’s nice hotel calm place the receptionist Ms. Ihdaa she was really nice and helpful she arrange bed for our small baby and answer all my question it was my first time in this hotel but because of the way of dealing with my family we will repeat it again
Thank you Ms. Ihdaa
Also I want to thank Mr. Mohammed who open the room door and help me to find my parking ticket
GGuest UserDisappointing. I had previously stayed at the Conrad before and eagerly awaiting coming back to it. However, the room was not as nice as I remembered. The view from the window was obscured by water streaks or something? Reception were nice but check in was a bit bothersome asking to put money on Hilton Honors, if I had a card for luggage collection, and when they asked if I would use the mini bar and I said no, they actually sent someone to the room to lock it. It didnt feel very welcoming. Food was good quality but expensive and Rays Steakhouse was also closed for the summer. The adult pool is only waist height, good for people lounging around but not for actually swimming. They have a decent gym and complimentary access to the Observation deck is nice.
GGuest UserRoom key is not working ever time you go out u have to ask assistance from staff to go uo with u and open the room, Everything can be said as ok except 2,3 male staff standing right in front of elevators the whole night making it uncomfortable for families.
GGuest UserWe are so glad and happy to stay in this 5 star hotel. All thanks as well to Filipino hotel reservations who upgraded our hotel stay from standard to junior suite. The room is nice and big , clean and comfortable stay .
MM305697****It’s was a pleasant stay, location is great, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in very good condition, just maybe bathroom maintenance could use some improvement, it was always leaking water (at least in our room, not sure about others), so the floor in the bathroom was always wet.
Other than that it’s a great place to stay, would definitely come back for the next trip!
EErrol08*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all.
*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.
KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.
CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
EenenzheGreat private beach, with beach bar, lounges, swimming pool, and restaurants. All you need if you're looking for a pool day. The adjacent Hemingway's Bar as great happy hour deals with very affordable beer and wine.
